In December 8th this year I am heading for a road trip in my - 1984 Nissan Urvan diesel SD23 camper van - 5 speed manual column shift. Antique white - technically it is supposed to be Nissan White 805P according to paint code - but obviously it has been repainted too. Antique white - I don't think the previous owners done a very good job.

Don't you need to reduce the dwell timing or you will fry those sensitive r35 coils?
I wasnt instructed to, and it drove and ran fine, but the car is now stuck on the hoist for the next few weeks , so dont worry I am not going to melt them, i will upgrade it to a haltech ecu soon
@@TURBOTRISTO yeah cool. I have a Haltech Elite 2500 ECU in one of my evos and the dwell was set too high which caused the insides of my Sparktech COP coil to overheat and expand about 10mm. I actually created a detailed video about it on channel so take a look if you're interested. Hopefully your tuner will check your dwell when he's setting it up before the tune. good luck and don't push it too hard. (beware of the e4 crankwalk) . Nice work on the Recaros BTW. I need to do that too on my white DC2 Type R

How many kms on the clock of your evo
its stopped at 150052, i need to replace the sensor on the gearbox
Mine at 152000 and still runs like she came from the factory
