No, I have heard that they got along great! Matthew is just listening. I’ve seen a round table discussion with Matthew and Jared and they have great respect for each other.

I found the story about matthew singing the most funny actually...
This movie came at the perfect time, because it put AIDS back in the forefront after decades of not being talked about.
I really loved this film, if nothing more than seeing Jared Leto in a dress, but no offence but this was really dull. Matthew and, mainly, Jared inject a bit of needed humour because the others seem really bored or nervous. I know it is a serious topic but from the fight they had to get it filmed you think everyone would be a bit happier.
Also I feel like they were downplaying Jared's role a bit. Especially when they were talking about when Matthew was loosing weight, what about Jared? He made himself physically ill for the role, I understand that Matthew also lost a lot of weight but from I saw onscreen nothing compared to Rayon.
Rayon is She, not He. It's surprising that people so involved with this story don't know how to respectfully refer to a transgendered person.
I wasn't talking about the characters in the movie. I was talking about the people who were giving this interview. Thanks for dazzling us all with your kindness and wisdom.

I know this is a very old comment but the only person that really did refer to Rayon as a she was Jared. He said if another person was to play her they would consider her a drag queen, when that's not the case.
