Majoras mask has been and always will be my favorite game from all the zeldas, a world where everyone is depress, scared, dying, dead, stealing, and a doomsday moon also overhead. I have the fierce diety statue, mm manga volume, skull kid figures, n64 3ds and gamecube version. I was always so amazed with the majoras mask itself too. The colors and design always got my attention. Overall I just wanna say you guys did an amazing job capturing the moments better showing that skull kid was being controlled by the mask to showing that the happy mask salesman didn't die lol. I hope Nintendo contacts you guys or you guys contact them for a movie of this. Seeing this on the big screen would be amazing.

I figured as much that you guys used IRL footage for the forest. Very nice! Damn good job with masking for the fairies and motion tracking. Zbrush was used for the mask I believe yeah? Very nice, loved seeing that amount of detail on the carving to really give it that wooden texture look. Those animation references were great and definitely emphasizes to viewers and upcoming animators how important it is to have that type of footage for the final cut.
Enjoyed the short and hopefully gets some higher ups looking for ideas from you guys!
