I was shocked too... What I see, many restaurants, resorts, camps and pubs have to be built at Bukoba to attract tourists especially internal tourists because it is the great spot for vacation and stress free meditation

Let me do research about that...but I can trace some white people residing in some of the hills surrounding Bukoba...but also there are some white missionaries...
Africans especially Ugandans and Rwandese Bukoba is like their home
