Such a transcendental and well-rounded artist. Long live Saul Leiter!
His voice reminds me of David Lynch
I personally don't rate tripods that highly. It's all good. The framing, the editing. The tripod obsession's an old Hollywood thing seeped into art colleges where hand held is a big no no again. As if that's all that really matters.
And all the accessories I see used on DVLR cameras for stabilizing when the cameras these days have built in ones?
I like my old Canon Legria looks like a toy is unobtrusive with excellent colour and two stabilizers, one in the lens and one in the body.
Also, bigger is better, really?
Keep it simple, I say. At least for street work.
Here I am no longer discussing photographic cameras but small pro cinecameras.
maybe if you're showing stills of some great photographs, by a great photographer, it would be an idea to consider the footage that's being shot for this film, and use a Tripod to shoot it, so it doesn't at least look like it was shot on a phone which gets in the way of what we are seeing. Just a thought.
It probably because this channel's name is : Moviefone?
