Lorna is very pretty and also has a beautiful singing voice like her mother. I had the opportunity to see her sing live.

Just think Jack Haley Jr. was married to Lorna Luft's sister Liza Minelli

It's so crazy that at one point Lorna and Jack were brother and sister in-laws (Jack was married to Lorna's sister Liza from 1974 to 1979).

What is crazier is that Liza provided Lorna with four separate brothers-in-law.

I just loved this I disagree with Lorna on the comment that The Wizard of Oz is not a childs film I remember this as a child and I always remember this film and it meaning so much and having a strong influence on me today there is too much CZcams and gaming if your child has not seen this film then shame on you .

Margaret Hamilton also knew that "The Wizard Of Oz"could be very frightening..especially the scene..where her "Wicked Witch's"image can be seen inside of her crystal ball..scaring the hell out of poor"Dorothy Gale"(Poor Judy),the audience..and..even poor Maggie Hamilton.

"He left me with *her* mother?" You couldn't say, "With Lorna's mother?"

Jay Taylor Why would he say that when she's sitting right there? Proper etiquette dictates you gesture to the person you're speaking about and say the proper pronoun, which he did, "her."

The interviewers are horrible- but the guests are charming!

Shirley Temple and Buddy Ebson would have been a big mistake.

Shirley would have been a major mistake for sure. I'm not so sure about Buddy Ebsen, he might have been very good. THE STORIES ABOUT THINGS THAT HAPPENED WHILE SHOOTING THAT FILM VERY DRAMATICALLY. FOR EXAMPLE: BUDDY EBSEN WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO PLAY THE SCARECROW, AND RAY BOLGER WAS TO PLAY THE TINMAN. BOLGER CONVINCED MAYER THAT HE SHOULD PLAY THE SCARECROW, SO BOLGER AND BUDDY SWITCHED ROLLS, AND IT ALMOST COST BUDDY HIS LIFE.

Buddy had an allergic reaction to the makeup.
Even though they wound up changing the “formula”, it was too late for Buddy Ensenada to play the Tin Man, because of a long recovery period.

Sorry of course it should be Ebsen.

Lorna over acts every syllable , it’s unnerving. Fake
