- This new york city apartment is absolutely gorgeous. I think I could stay in the tub all day… but sadly I can’t.

These houses are so much more interesting than the dismal apartments with a corner kitchen, a windowless living room, and tiny bedrooms and bathrooms.
Na
And frankly I think these are here cause the house 😂couldn’t sell
Wink wink
Amen.
You get what you pay for 🤷
Great spots for decent rent. Makes me wonder about the location. Are there any grocery stores nearby? How is the restaurant/bar scene?
That’s what $6,000 a month gets you.
You order online and have your groceries delivered! You don’t need a grocery store.
Much better value for $7k a month than some of the other places we’ve seen. But, we didn’t get the neighborhood tour or distance from the train.
Exactly and there's the rub.
OKAY! Now, we're talking! I could be very happy in either property but much happier in the latter one. I just love looking at well-thought-out environmental design! The faucet over the stove...EXCELLENT! This was excellent work by the designer and kudos to the Landlord(s) for putting in the thought, effort, and...money, of course. $5500/month for the first unit and $7K/month for the second unit? WORTH IT--every single penny for all that you get! I loved them both!
We're on the same page! 2nd was my favorite
And mine.
Mine as well!
It's probably in the 'hood for that price, though 😅 ...and/or not the best public transit here to Manhattan.
only $5500 / month!! thats cheap
Cash brings the best people with whom to tour apartments.
Those are beautiful. Classic old time Hollywood.
Love both but #1 is my fav and such a great price! Only worry is the strange stairs down to the basement which belongs to someone else!
Those were gorgeous homes! Finally, kitchens I'd feel comfortable cooking in, and bathrooms I can move around in!
Seems cheap for NY prices. Notice Cash didn't show the neighborhood first like he usually does. Makes me wonder what kind of zombie hellscape those buildings are located in? 🤔
Same! Must be really bad.
🤣🤣🤣
Must be the outskirts of new york. Not close to the city
These were stunning! Newly done but still so full of character. I expected them to be much more expensive than they were. You outdid yourself with the thumbnail, glorious 👏👏👏👏
I love Cash' humor in all of his videos, but nothing cracked me up as much as his comment about the wheels on the fridge "It is on wheels! You could put it wherever you want. During the big game you could wheel it over here to your living room" 😂
All those units were gorgeous with the best high-end appliances. Everything was so bright and clean, an absolute OCD dream. The last one at the top which had the shorter ceilings could be for children's bedrooms. Enjoyed today's video, please keep them coming. Oh, and by the way, the rents were not even bad for what you were getting compared to some of the other places you've shown with the same price or more....
Amen fellow OCD human!
I find the prices amazingly low for NYC. They're both beautiful apartments, and everything is brand new. The 4-bed, 4.5-bath one is eminently sharable with huge bedrooms, even though one is for short people. The only hitch is whoever or whatever is occupying the basements of both units.
This house is located in Brooklyn I wished they showed what neighborhood or block it was located on .
@@kylelive718 Yes, that would make a difference. Brooklyn rates are a tad lower than Manhattan, and proximity to a subway station also counts.
@@Bobrogers99 i live in manhattan and our neighbors are renting their unit for $12k/month, for a modest sized apartment. nothing nearly this big.
@@minigiant8998 They need an income of, like, $500,000/year to afford to pay that rent. That's 'way more than anyone I know.
@@Bobrogers99 everyone in my building makes good money (over 500k). couldn't afford to live there otherwise, at least in my neighborhood
Nope. I demand to know what's in that basement. I'm a child and you sparked my curiosity haha.
This showed two of the nicest apartments I have seen. You did a fantastic showing all the space with luxury and functional appointments. First class and won't last the week. Great space well done!
There has to be a catch. That price is ridiculously low for that place. I would want a three-year lease so I can lock into that price. That must be in Queens.
Brooklyn but where is the question. Not telling creates hesitation.
Cash enjoying that bath in the Thumbnail y’all 🤣👏🏾🤣 (just kiddin)
WOW! Some of the Best and Most Affordable Flats you have ever shown!!🇬🇧👍
The backyard for the second place would be great for a raised-bed garden.
Gardens this small are also good with containers a variety of sizes the big and deep pots are good for growing plants and trees to allow them to get to a good lush big size to had green height.
Although both are pretty decent apartments, I’d probably choose the second one because it just feels less sterile. I love the floors in both places. As much as I love the color white, I think there was a just a tad bit too much of it and white shows everything
Agree about the white everywhere.
Yes too much white for sure. Especially in the first place.
White is wonderful like the opening scene of the greatest movie ever Garden State 😂😂
Your right though.
If I planned to move to New York I'd grab the first place up IMMEDIATELY.
Stunning apartments, can see them filled with families 😊😊
I'm glad they didn't strip all of the original charm out of these places with their typical renovation choices. The yards will be gorgeous in the fall & winter as well with decor & lighting. Hey, if you are crazy enough to rent for that amount of money rather than to buy for that amount of say, a MORTGAGE & eventually sort of ownership (damn property taxes are theft) these places are lovely. The utilities must be YUGE too though.
Both were amazing. That 2nd apt was a unicorn. The only flaw with apt 1 is the closet in the master was tiny. But no worries, I would just take that second bedroom and turn it into a closet. 😂
The second one it's perfect! Great size bedrooms!
That 2nd place! Ooh loved it! Working fireplaces always a plus for me.
These apartments are FABULOUS!!!!!!!
Well these were both incredible!- Love the shot of you laying on the laundry room floor! Great video as usual. Keep them coming!
First apartment and price = best, best offer. Love it.
When you opened the fridge in the second one- couldn’t tell if it was a mirror or the realm of Zuul from ghostbusters
Man...the second one is my dream house in NYC and great deals!
Love the second TH!! Just beautiful!
Really beautiful and good renovations.
Wow! Love the bathroom on the 2nd floor!
Hi Cute Cash ‼️. These apartments are really good. Amazed at the prices thought I miss heard, miss understood so I just upped your views and rewatched a few times . Plus you indirectly give good weather reports.🤣. Great video!😍
OMG!! They gorgeous! I’m in love with the second one!! Stunning!!
Great apartments, the outdoor space was amazing.
Very nice blyn townhouses, both are done so well with very nice kitchens. Nice backyard especially the second house.
Of all the people that show New York City as much as I complain about you slamming things you are the best you make it interesting you make it funny I live in Southern California and I watch you every day whenever you post something keep it up
Cash, Fun ride through two beautiful pads. Light hearted and funny is always a good thing. Keep going! ☮️
Both are stunning. Great video. Thanks 👍
Now I'm wondering what was in the basement of the first place
I'm guessing maybe he's growing weed and maybe theres plants. Then in the second apartment cash says are your secrets here in the basement too and he says ya.
@Kim Xiggores well heck! I'd live there.. as long as I got to help with the Harvest and trimming 😆
I'm really curious what's in the basement lol
A tenant, just like at the second place.
@@prescottlange I like the other story better😆😆😆
These were two beautiful townhouses. Very nice 🎉
I love the second one more, between the kitchen and bathrooms so much better
Love both of these!
Gorgeous townhouses. I knew it was Brooklyn but not where in Brooklyn.
Having a stairway in your apartment going down into the unknown is creepy.
I´d take the first one right away. For NY standards this a top deal and uncommonly cheap. A true gem!
Dude! Beautiful and priced well. Wow.
Nice!!! I’ve been gone for a moment… feels great to be back. 🎉 Almost 500k? I’m an OG follower 😊 Congrats
These properties are very desirable and the price point for both honesty is amazing! 1-2k more per month these places beat those tiny dark apts that are very run of the mill. 👍💯
Wow those were fantastic!
Gorgeous!
Good day Cash Beautiful apartments.
Thank you for the tour of these two apartments. These two very nice-looking homes there in Brooklyn, New York. I like the nice vintage character of walking up to the entrances of these homes. The two washer and dryer in the second home wins me over for the that home. And you and Sammy made me laugh about the small attic bedroom/office room with the slant level of the ceiling. Ok, Ok, I am 6'2" so I have to duck!!!! Hahahaha!!! Thanks..
We just bought an Electrolux washer/dryer set. They're spendy, but rock solid. Probably the closest one can get these days to your parents old-school Maytag units that run for 30+ years...
@@MrJest2 Yes, I hope your new washer and dryer continues to work for you and your family. Hahaha, my Mother and Step-Father had the old Kenmore washer and dryer set. But for me now, I have commercial washer and dryer items in my building. I continue to look for me a washer and dryer in the apartment here in Chicago. So, for me I continue to appreciate apartments that have those machines inside apartments as instead of going to another floor and/or going outside the apartment building.
Holy hell! Now we're talking! Those ate some amazing apartments. I liked the 2nd one better- but both are really great.
We've seen far crappier for more money.
Thanks for not showing yet another shoebox. These were refreshing and different.
You were showing us those boxes yesterday with the brick walls that was the same price as these. These are the ones every New York place should look like. They are fantastic. I would want to live in these. What are you doing renting a nice when you have something like this to come home to. Fabulous. Is the word. See ya
WOW STUNNING HOUSES
love row houses!!! #1 - Nice townhouse , decent price for a 3 bed & yard access. They should of left the vestibule by the front door ...#2 - 3fls...wow...but $84K for the year rent! is this option to buy??? IMHO "pot fillers" are useless unless a sink is near it to empty the pot afterwards...what's the point? 2nd fl. rear bedroom is the master suite
Love both of these, but the pot faucet over the stove won my heart!
Beautiful places!
My goodness, these places are heaven 😍
Wow, I'm impressed. Now this is actually something worth living in Brooklyn for, even if it's not the best neighborhood. I'm suspicious of not seeing the basement though... Construction and preserved details look legit though, and they actually had their permits.
That "appliance corner" is called an appliance garage, and they're all the rage right now. The size of the lots, these look a lot like the layouts of the single families where I live (most ours aren't quite attached, so I guess that what qualifies them as a townhome?).
Lol, that would me renting the place for the backyard and not using it (time flies by...). Now that I think of it, btw, a lot of these NYC apartments are bigger than backyards of suburbs of L.A....pathetic (on L.A.'s part).
That bathroom with space for extra toilet- that's where the bidet goes.
They are nice but the problem is that they are in New York
My oh my both of those apartments are fantastic and good prices, but I need to see what's in those basements what's the secret, thanks Cash.
WOW, great apts!
Oh my God what and amazing spot I love this unit
Happy Tuesday CJ😀n This is Gonna b so Good🔥🔥🔥👍….
The best 2 Apts for the price I've seen thus far! Pretty sure 2 min after you posted the video they were rented ❤
Beautiful places
OMG THAT FIRST ONE!!!
These town homes are beautiful.
Omg! The freestanding tub, Bluetooth speakers, and kitchen make it so worth it. 🤤
That bathroom where Cash said you could put two toilets deserves a bidet. What were they thinking? Both places are gorgeous!
Exactly, I'd prefer a bidet over a second sink any day.
I have this weird feeling that rents and homes for sale are starting to become a little more “reasonable.” Obviously you guys didn’t disclose which part of Brooklyn, but I find the rental price worth it.
Bed Stuy, almost all the way to Brownsville, that's why lol. This would be $10k+ in Williamsburg and probably $15k in Manhattan
@@paulb1140 That's what I figured as well.
@Una Lily it is common practice for basements to be rented out. I’m sure this wasn’t a scary movie waiting to happen…just an unfinished basement lol
@@michaelmitchell1445 I know, that's why I said "almost" all the way down to Brownsville. The first apartment was Saratoga and Macdonough-- head south on Saratoga 8 blocks/0.5 miles and you're in Brownsville. This is deep east Bed Stuy/Ocean Hill. Not a great neighborhood.
That last apartment's master bathroom was sic! VERY nice. I would definitely fight for that room if that was my apartment. 😁
@5:09 I rolled. “What kind of witchcraft is this?” Look on face priceless. Somehow that site is made eerie by it’s aural elegance.
Hi Cash and to your friend wow this is a beautiful apartment. The staircase is very elegant. Hope someone will rent this apartment in NYC 👍stay safe and well
This would be good place for Cash and his growing family ,the first one
Awesome bathtub
Both of these are FANTASTIC! Loved the front exterior on the first one. Also love that the landlord didn't chop them into multiple hobbit homes for almost the same rent!
The front exterior amazing yes
Beautiful places the prices are pretty decent as well.
👋 Cash
Love this video, keep it up...
Wow. Didn’t know something like these apartments existed.
What neighborhood is it in?
Cash., you are so strong! I see you pulling out a refrigerator. Thankyou for showing great content.
that place is beautiful
Man those apartments are beautiful
Very high end nice!
Ice makers in NYC are uncommon.. but needed!
"Wheel the refrigerator to the living room for a game" You're kidding me, right? lol This place looks like a steal to me for the price. It's the best place you have shown in that price range yet. I love the fireplaces and high ceilings! Actually, I wouldn't go broke filling up the space because it would mean I could take things out of my packed 10X20 storage and save money there:-) Turn it into a "frat house?" It would be almost criminal. Someone needs to rent it who will take of it and appreciate it. The second unit may have some superior features but I prefer the ornate fireplaces in the first unit over the brick, but it would be a hard call and I could definitely go for the deep tub:-) Oh wait >>> The third unit,......the tub! 🧚♀
Wow! I love love the first one and almost fell over with the rent given NYC rents! The second fabulous especially that tub and shower but I’d go with the first, more homey and $1500 less so that’d be my utility bill!
Great apartments!!! Where in Brooklyn?
Just wow, just no words, apart from wow 🤩 😂🥰
Love the thumbnail ❤
So much better than that dismal overpriced sixth floor walkup you highlighted yesterday!! Worth the money.
I need this 2nd apartment for my family. It’s perfect!
hope you have a great job...that $84K per year in RENT only🤣
The "custom" fence on the first one swayed me.
Insane👏🏾
9:33 Come on now. That's the servant's quarters/in laws apartment/ unexpected guests/crazy uncle place & we ALL know it. 🤣 Can you imagine spending that much on rent for such a place & a yard like that & having strangers sequestered basically under your house hidden behind a flimsy tarp wall? Ridiculous. I'd rent it just to secure the property. I'm curious about that place now too. I'll BET there's hidden access from the basement too!😬
I love them ❤❤
I knew there was a catch...living with Igor in the basement.
