- Happy Holi, you guys ❤️❤️ For me no festival is complete without making and feeding everyone around me- so I baked this eggless rasmalai cake for Holi in my brand new @MorphyRichardsIndiaSmartIdeas DigiChef OTG. With its digital panel and auto cook menu, putting a cake together becomes a breeze!

INGREDIENTS-
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 cup yogurt
1 cup castor sugar
½ cup milk
½ tsp kewra extract
2 drops yellow food color
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
10-12 saffron strands
2 cups maida
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
4 cups whipped cream
5 tbsp rasmalai liquid
1-2 drops yellow food color

Ok i have been watching shivesh for a long time , i am a home baker and his recipes are just fabuluous and one of the most genuine recipes of all indian youtube food channels ( i have tested majority of them multiple of times) and his videography skills, editing, content everything is of such great quality and i don’t understand why he still has only 5.1 lakh subscribers ? That’s only about half a million wtf !! Nonetheless, he is doing absolutely amazing and very soon he will reach 10 million I AM DAMN SURE!!!❤️❤️❤️

Isliye mai apki recipe se ye cake bnaungi mummy k liye. Maine pehle biscuit cake try kiye hai but rasmalai cake kabhi nhi bnaya hai and i will make me first cake on 15.
