Great video but it would be better to discuss the price and the options. So you can get people who are really interested in purchasing property.
The mist important part is the price range which could've simply been included to avoid casting doubt.
The fact the price is not listed is advantageous to the buyer, means the owner is flexible and ready to negotiate and if at all possible, make this home affordable for the buyer. Everything does not have to be done as it is in the West, which certainly has its shortcomings!!

I live in the States, we list the prices, and I watch A LOT channels from other African countries including Gambian ones and they ALL have the prices listed.. I was going to subscribe to the Channel, but I WON'T because the video lacks SO much information. (Location, Price, year built, lot size and amenities around it) Good Luck!!

As much as i enjoyed this video, i wish the price of the property could have been included. I am a viewer located in NY, it is common practice to list the price of a property. I hope this error is avoided in future videos.

I am very leery about purchasing a home with you, because no one answers the contact number and you give the appearance of trying to get over. If you want people to purchase in The Gambia be upfront and honest from the beginning. You should also tell people that are foreign to Gambia what they can and cannot own. Most of Judah want to reside in west Africa, however other locations in Africa treat us better. You all are losing cash paying customers, get it together Gambia...
