Honesty is what we preach at Gam Properties and I do not know the cost of that building and the furnishings. I will say with certainty that it would be much cheaper to build a house in the Gambia than most if not all places in the West. Price of furnishings will depend on whether you buy local stuffs, import on your own or buy from stores that import. My sister bypassed the middle dealers and imported her furniture/furnishings on her own. Thank you.
I also hate bars on windows but it's necessary in the Gambia. Gambia has very minimal violent crime but poverty creates/causes lots of economic crimes and unfortunately that includes stealing. Thank you.
