I have never used a snap tool but I don’t hear lots of great thing about them. Maybe they are excellent for shops when the is used generate lots of money for the business. Thanks for the great feedback

Hello. I am looking at purchasing a automotive scanner. The Oxofix D1 lite is on the top of my list, so far. I was wondering if the D1lite have transmission active test feature for transmission solenoid activation. Thank you for your time.
Surprisingly yes, I played around with a gmc 1500 truck that was older and there were some components that were able to get activated. The question is do you have a problem that needs attention? What components is it?

I’m not sure what the agreement is with Otofix and Autel, but this unit is solid. 2 years of updates, I think it had many of features of the mk808 and its Bluetooth wireless

What year is chrysler? Yeah there are many services that are shown that don’t apply to many vehicles. This pretty common even among other brands. Remember this powered by Autel so it’s one of the better units.
@RANDOMFIX 2020 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. I tried 10 times to program a key fob.. and the same message over and over.. Not supported. No where it said prior to me purchasing that I would have to subscribe to some AutoAuth??

You will stop getting updates and the you need to check with Otofix aka Autel to see if the special functions and the bi directional features will still be usable with the future updates. Keep me posted on what they tell you.
@@RANDOMFIXyou should still be able to use the scanner as normal , you just won’t have the extra facilities from the updates that’s all but it will still work , you get two years updates with otofix as I’ve just bought the D1 Pro & D1 Lite which are powered by the Autel platform , I’d just keep them updated as much as possible as Autel / Otofix are more likely to add new features in the future 😊
Hello any idea how many GB does the micro SD support? I have seen 2 different opinion paper says 32GB but one use on amazon said he installed 128GB, thanks

The grade is still the same and it’s good unit. I’m still using the Otofix d1 lite. I liked the unit but I wish it had a kick stand. I’m using it to make a smart key in my current video. Saving me $400 on just that use and I don’t have to get my hands dirty

You need to change the language settings on the Otofix dash. So fixed restart the unit using the power button and then touch the second home that looks like a home, now click on grey gearbox icon,, the first option at the top of the settings menu is language. Scroll up or down until you see English

You can do it with engine on but it is better to have the engine off and ignition on instead.

I would email the vendor before you order. Send them your vin and ask them about the abs coding.

128GB works fine in D1 Lite 😊
