Defenitely louis has an amazing voice.
His voice isn’t made for simply gentle piano + vocals like liam or zayn or Harry. He has a rock voice - that’s still special. All their voices are great they wouldn’t be famous if their voices were shiet bc X factor is competitive(and none of them come from fame). ✌🏼
I'm a pop punk rock baby I guess that explains why I'm drawn to his voice the most.

besides a distinctive tone he is a bad singer . lower register is not well projected and and is rarely audible. upper register is not at all developed. mix is also not developed and leads to him straining heavily. he has no vocal agility nor control. his pitch is inaccurate and he is always off key

The whole concert is on youtube really. He also covered Kings of Leon's Beautiful War. He nailed the songs. His album is really good. You should listen to Kill my Mind, Always You, Walls, Defenceless, so you will get a good idea of what he is doing. Thank you!

Fun fact: Nicole was actually the one who put One Direction together, but of course, Simon took all the credit because that is the kind of person he is. When the footage of how 1D was put together became public, Nicole said she thought Simon had burned the tape and that no one would even see it and that just says a lot about Simon... He took all the credit for 12 years
Fun fact: xfactor vocal coach chose 3 or 4 of the 1D boys for a boyband. So it was mixture of vocal coach and Nicole but Simon always wanted a boyband so many played crucial part.
Really loved your reaction. Louis is just not appreciated enough for his vocals. I know he’s always compared to his former band mates and they usually get all the love. Well deserved of course but Louis is good too. I love his pop punk voice so much and always have. It’s great to finally hear him sing full songs. Please take a listen to his live stream concert from London? Any song really. He did 18 songs. Full album + Just hold on + 4 covers (Beautiful War, Drag me down, Through the dark, Little black dress) + a new song (copy of a copy of a copy)
His vocals from his livestream in London were really great, I'd definitely recommend some songs from that!
Loved this reaction. I can't tell you how happy I am after watching this video. Louis was not praised enough for his vocals even after having such an amazing voice. One of the reasons was that they didn't give him enough solos but now he's killing it.
Would love to see you do an updated reaction now that his second album has come out. His vocals have improved enormously.

Can't tell you how much I appreciate this reaction. He may not have the vocals like the other boys but he does have that pop punk voice that I personally love, is an amazing lyricist, and is just extremely talented in his own way.
Also I just love his accent I think it's hilarious how he says the f word like Fookin 😂

I am so glad I found this video. I'm not a professional by any means, but I do sing and am surrounded by friends who are way better than me... I love how raw his voice is, and so many others do as well so I thought I was going crazy when I would hear a pitchy song/moment and it was just never mentioned, even in some reaction videos. But I do that too, because no one is perfect and it does show that not only is he human and can have moments of "flaw", but that he works hard and gets caught up in the moment. Anyway, thanks for this!

Louis has a new, not yet released song he did at his recent livestream. It's called Copy of a Copy of a Copy...I will post the link below. But this song has elements of that pop punk you were talking about. The song Miss You is great as well, with a bit of an Oasis, British pop rock sound.

Hello!! I would really appreciate it if you could check out *FROM HOME (REARRANGED VERSION) by NCT U* . Even though you may have never hear of them before, they are pretty popular, their vocals are unbelievable, and there are a ton of fans actively looking for reactions to this song!! NCT is a South Korean boy group consisting of members from all around the world including Korea, China, Japan, America, Canada, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Thailand. They go through intense vocal and dance training before they debut and you can tell how hard they work just from the quality of their performances. Their song "From Home" is a 90's R&B ballad sung in 4 languages! There are 2 versions of the song- the original and the rearranged version. Both versions have a MV and a live stage. The MVs are less likely to be copyrighted compared to the live performance however, I have seen some reactors react to the live performance without getting blocked. Also, fyi, for the rearranged version MV, the audio is actually taken from their live performance so in the MV, they are still singing live. The original version is outstanding, but the rearranged version is where they really showcase their vocal abilities! This song is very meaningful to the members as they left their homes and families to become singers but found a new home and family called their members and fans. I would really appreciate if you could react to both the original and rearranged version. If not, at least the rearranged version. I would love to hear your expert opinion and hopefully introduce you to some new songs & singers! Thank you! Here are the links!
