It’s not that the customer is always right, it’s the customer is generally mean and hateful, and says mean things because they’re not there in person where they would never say things like that. I really appreciate your pointer sense of humor. Love watching you! Can’t wait for your next video to come out.

Having worked in retail, I can confirm that some customers will be that mean and nasty in person. I've seen someone throw a box of glassware on the floor.

I consider customer service as one of the tough jobs! whoever is willing to work needs to have a strong personality & huge patience to deal with customers! especially the mean ones, hope people at least appreciate you guys for the work you do.
I worked in food service for years, I never took it as “hateful.” Then again, I worked in the kitchen, not in customer service 😉
