It's been a while since I haven't watched one of your new videos on the day it came out. Funnily enough this is the second double-request video in a row... not only did goodqorn request a double battle, but I requested this matchup several months ago (Also making it the second video to feature one of my requests in a row, amusingly enough), and I'm glad I got to see it!
I was not expecting this to be a double battle, but the fact that it was a double battle is very timely. I've recently been mulling over ideas for a set of custom Pokémon cards balanced for the Diamond and Pearl era that fully capitalize on the Double Battle format (A Nidoking and Nidoqueen that can both attack on the same turn, a Galarian Weezing that turns off the Poké-Powers and Poké-Bodies of every active Pokémon, a Life Herb-like Trainer that lets you remove 6 damage counters from your Active Pokémon in any way you like, etc.).

It was fun, but I don't know if we'll do many more double battles, my decks aren't built for it
@@holon_phantom True, Jason Klaczynski points out a few key differences in how you want to build Double Battle decks. For instance, support basics you want in the active at the start are stronger since you can put them in the active after setting up, but at the same time you need fewer copies since you can just search them out rather than needing to start with them. Also, cards like that Wobbuffet are weaker because your opponent can just target a different Pokémon (Although it worked well for you in this battle). He mentions these things at the end of his EX era article.
