I was listening to a podcast that said, “it’s important to live life by design rather than emotion. Basically, sticking to a routine is what allows us to be the healthiest version of ourselves.
I made the most productive changes in my life when I began practising mediocre consistency. Now I try to put in consistent 40-60% effort into my habits (ex. journaling/working out) - to make sure I do it I began recording it and posting it on my youtube channel.
Because historically I have a habit of going too hard (the performer or over booker), not being able to sustain the Herculean effort, giving up and hating myself (the self detractor). So now I’m trying to give a small-ish, consistent mediocre effort everyday. And its crazy how it adds up.

Thank you for uploading this. I think i fall into the Novelty Seeker. I usually have great ideas one after another, but rarely did the thing because i afraid it will turns out to be bad.

Somehow i am all 4 types
Im procrastinating bc I have to do something I dont know how to do and I spend 10 Xs longer doing than I should. Second guessing myself (not good training at work) Causes me a lot of unnecessary anxiety and stress. so i have to do today and im aiming at later this afternoon , 20 mins and look at , break for 5 mins, maybe 20 mins more and then forget abt it ("mentor" will find fault , its wrong (Bc she not good at training)
