My perspective is choose YOUR happiness if your happy challenging yourself everyday evolving your brain become a better you everyday then do that if you prefer a laid back life you do what you want enjoy life as itâs given to you focus on the present and take life as something your supposed to enjoy and watch then go ahead do what fits you some find challenge and change exciting and something to look forward to others simply love to take life as seen to inhale all the great things it offers on Itâs own thatâs why happiness doesnât have one definition you make your own.

when you wake up you're dehydrated and so your blood is considerably thicker. i don't think that exercising right of the bat is the greatest idea. get up, take a piss, drink a glass of water, walk around for 20-30 minutes, then you can do some basic stretch or exercise getting your literal juices flowing.

mi-cro goals: big goals in disguise!!
The reason why folks don't achieve big goals isn't because they feel they have to write whole books in one sitting instead of a microgoal of a ten page draft. It's that they are weighted down with bad experiences, regrets, memories of failures, etc. Until they can get that weight lifted off of us, they'll never have the strength to complete even a microgoal.
