    Give this intense tabata at home abs & obliques workout a try!! No weights are needed so you can do it right from home, at the gym, or literally anywhere there's a floor! Tabata workouts are a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT). These type of workouts expend calories quicker and burn fat faster. A tabata circuit can be any sort of exercise involving interval ranges of 20 seconds high intensity followed by a 10 second rest and then repeated to complete a 4 minute circuit. This routine targets the entire abs and obliques for a full circuit! You'll be feeling it the next day due to how effective this routine is. Your heart rate will increase, you will be sweating, always go at your own pace, and remember to keep breathing. Build muscle and burn fat at the same time. Get those abs & obliques RIPPED!!!

    I’ve been doing this workout m-w-f after my kettle bell workouts and then I run tue-Thur-sat and man I’m loving it. Already lost 9 pounds down from 181. So off to a good start. Been doing this for a couple months now.

      MasterSadok iOS Do this ab workout fasted in the morning before eating or drinking anything except water. Then walk for 30-60 minutes after the ab workout. I would recommend walking for 60 minutes for best results. This will burn more fat from your abs area because of the increased blood flow and there was a study that proved it. I got visible 4 pack because of this. Walk in a room that has a space for at least taking 5-7 steps if you don't want to walk outside. I watch CZcams videos while walking so it's not boring.

      A protein shake is definitely a good supplement to take if you do not get enough protein in your diet. I like to play around with different brands but currently I am off supplements right now and just taking coffee before my workout.

    I did all your at home chest workouts for past few months but my lower chest hasn't developed a lot. I have seen some of your old videos in which you have made workouts specifically for upper, middle and lower abs.
    Can you do the same for chest workouts.

      Annapoorna, I can definitely make some more specific chest exercises like you have suggested, but don't be discouraged if things are taking a long time to progress, sometimes results take a long time but they definitely worth the hard work! it's all about total frequency so ensure that you have that optimized also for best and faster result

      Nibilengunlied, if you follow my workouts, including recommended sets, reps and rest time, then there should be no limits to how much you can grow. And in addition to this I have said that I mainly use these at home exercises as finishers for my gym routines. If you train with intensity and focus there will never be any limits to your growth!

    I feel the burn in my legs even though I tried to squeeze my abs(They started getting sore in the second round). Is it cause my hip flexors are weak? And I couldn't even straighten my legs without them falling on the ground. You're very strong Mike.

      This happened to my legs during the legs circle so the reason could be that your doing just like him and keeping your legs up at all times which means that if you dont have very strong legs you are putting to much restraint on them, something I recommend is putting your legs on the ground while doing your exercises execpt leg circles of course. Hope this helps :)

Cause now that I think of it, during the workout I was trying too hard to keep my legs as straight as possible or as high as possible to make the exercise more difficult. Maybe I'm lacking core strength, static strength and flexibility in those positions. Thanks man.

      This could definitely be because of a lack of strength in your legs, so changing up the exercises by doing things like leaving your legs on the ground could definitely help you find the mind muscle connection with the targeted abs. You should do them as much as you can the way they are shown but when your legs start hurting these variations are okay to do until you have the strength you need to complete the whole thing.

      Kirit Makwana it all depends if thats what works for you for example if is waaaay to hard and you cant completed try to do it once or if it is way to easy try to add more sets

      I recommend 4-5 sets for this workout, and I recommend 24 hours of recovery for the muscle group between workouts

    I commented on one of your other videos about a month ago so I hope you see this. I’d still love to know the name of the blue resistance bands that you use (like in your chest workout video). It seemed like you didn’t want to share it since you didn’t have an affiliate link (which is fair) but if you haven’t gotten around to setting that up yet then it would be really great if you could please let me know because I’m really curious.
    I already have bands but they’re pretty long and the length of yours seemed to be shorter which would be ideal for me (less slack, earlier activation). Hoping you get back to me because I’ll probably start leaving this comment on all your new uploads until I know :P thanks man.

      haha it's not that actually at all. The resistance bands I used were already in the studio I film at, never purchased by me or sent to me. It says nordic track on them but that's the best info I can give you regarding that specific one I used. I'll see if I can get more info on quality pairs

      I would recommend following my suggested sets and allowing 24 hours for the muscle groups to recover between workouts so that you can get the most out of it as possible!

    Seriously I'm not saying that this is a lame workout but I was expecting to struggle more. When I was about to feel the burn, it was already rest time so I prolongated most of the moves because I'm crazy haha. I enjoyed it though
