Thandai Tres Leches Cake Recipe:
Step 1 - Thandai Sponge Recipe:
Curd - 1/3 cup
Milk - 1/3 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Refined Oil - 1/4 cup
Thandai Syrup - 2 Tbsp
All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
Cornflour - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - a pinch

Step 2 - Three Milk Mixture:
Full Fat Milk - 1 cup
Fresh Cream - 1/3 cup
Condensed Milk - 1/3 cup

Step 3 - Whipped Cream (as required) for decoration.

Step 4 - Garnishing:
Chopped Green Pista
Dried Edible Rose Petals
Edible Gold/Silver Flakes
.
Lastly save some three milk mixture and pour a little thandai syrup and mix well. Drizzle at the end from top.

Preheat time and temperature - 10 mins at 180°C
Baking time and temperature - 18-20 mins at 180°C
.
Note - 1 cup = 240 ml
