Nice vlog, had it on while working and it's made my workday go a bit quicker so thanks very much! I went to Nottingham at the end of 2022 for a couple gigs and went to pretty much the same places haha, Tap & Tumbler, Pit and Pendulum, and Lost City. Absolutely loved the city, great place for metal fans.

@@DippyDoughnutters Went to see Amon Amarth at the arena and then Cancer Bats the next day at Rescue Rooms, had a great time at both! Amon Amarth we're incredible of course and I'm not normally a big hardcore fan but Cancer Bats put on a great show.
Awesome! Still not seen Amon amarth, despite having the opportunity many times. However that will change this year, as will be seeing them at Bloodstock. Need to start my rowing training soon 😂 Cancer bats are always good. Seen them a few times now. Twice at download and way back in 2011 I think at a little venue here in Norwich. Put on a great performance each time. Also not a hardcore fan myself. -Courtney

We like to show our true selves and say what we really think, whether we think others will like it or not really. not in the sense of "you get what your given" but more in the sense of, there's no reason to hide away from it. We might hold back on some things, but that's more just for our benefit of not saying the wrong thing too much and getting in trouble 😅. No point in acting as different characters for videos. I do find it quiet annoying how that's unfortunately become the case for a lot of creators. But I guarantee it's probably due to fear of saying or showing the wrong things, therefore people just like to play it safe. The videos 10+ years ago were the best videos! I saw Atheist and Cryptopsy up in Glasgow but I only went for Atheist. Been into them since the 90s and they were excellent. I never took to Cryptopsy though :S
Seeing songs from Unquestionable Presence and Elements was absolutely incredible for me. Cryptopsy are an odd one, I started out absolutely hating them as it was just far too much for me, but then found myself going back to None So Vile and Blasphemy Made Flesh every now and again until they essentially became a staple of my playlists and I've loved them ever since, but fully understand why people can't get into them! 🍩❤️ - Kieran
