- Our second festival vlog, and this time our favourite place! Bloodstock Open Air, we've been waiting a whole year for this (it's like festivals happen every year, eh?). Quick summary of this video, we get far too drink, especially Kieran, we see bands, we blow Dave the Sheep up and launch him into the crowd, we dress up in all pink and we also dress up entirely in orange and pumpkin stuff!

I agree! I do it every year, all throughout the year to try find as many vlogs as possible and enjoy everyones perspective. I just find it interesting and guaranteed I'll discover something I want to try next year.

Thanks. I never wear dresses but couldn't really find anything with pumpkins on it that I thought looked good, unless I also wore a shirt like Kieran here. I felt very self conscious wearing one. Dont really know why, guess it is just because I've only worn a dress like 5 times in my life 😅 So, I appreciate all the lovely comments of me in it. Boosts my confidence to maybe wear more in the future (maybe not always as elaborate as this though 😂) - Courtney

Ahh, I'm not sure how it works, but come to our camp if you can. I know we definitely can't come to yours. If it's anything like this year though, they didn't even bother checking if we had wrist bands.
Shall definitely organise some sort of meet up though, so we can all get together.
Haven't watched your video yet (even though yours was the first I got notified about). Just haven't had the time outside of work to do anything. I will eventually 🤞🏼 But hope you had a great bloodstock. See you next year! -Courtney
@@DippyDoughnutters just working on my pt2 vid which will show me in the Midgard for the bin jousting. I think it's great how all the YT channels get on and it was just a prediction that you'll all be camping together next year. You can come to ours if escorted but tbh nobody was really checking tis year anyway. Be great if you could all pop round for shotties but it is a bit out the way for you I suppose. Anyways I'll be looking out for you next time. Keep up the good work.

hello there! :) Any good advise to a Hungarian fellow metalhead who wants to visit Bloodstock next year? Would arrive via plane :)
Hmm not really sure what to give as advice. If traveling via plane then make good use out of the camping shop at bloodstock called Fat Franks. They will have most things you need and can preorder them at a discounted price online to click and collect on site. We use them every year and always great. Saves you taking loads of gear with you.
Shuttle busses run each year. This year they ran from tamworth. Assuming you would probably fly to Birmingham airport. Either that or East Midlands I guess, then get the train over to tamworth. Never done it myself but I've heard they're good with the busses running every 30 minutes or so.
Once getting to Bloodstock you'll instantly feel at home. Just pick any campsite and relax. Everyone is so lovely. Plus if you find us, we'll be sure to give you a drink or 4 🤣
There are a few good videos out there that go into better details on advice and such, as, like I said, don't really know what advice to give.

Ha na we both had such an amazing time just chatting/ chilling with you and everyone else. It was a blast!
Honestly, it was nice just to feel accepted.
Yeah there were bands on our list to see, but if we had the choice to see those bands again or hang with you guys again, we'd miss the bands every time.
