It's not bloodstock worthy if you don't call it cumweiser
Bloodstock is good. Live Nation aren't involved which means it's not going to be oversold and badly organized by a bunch of suits. But the Euro metal festivals, particularly Grasspop are on a different level. Once you've been to GMM or Sweden Rock or Hellfest or Wacken you will just be dissapointed going to UK festivals.
There’s a definite benefit that comes from independent festivals, and you can feel that in the community spirit at Bloodstock and the love and care put into the organisation too.
We definitely want to get to some mainland Europe festivals soon, heard nothing but praise for a lot of them
Hellfest is superb. Bloodstock kicks the shit out of Wacken in my opinion.
