- Bandsaw Circle Jig this week! There will be plans available shortly but, you’ll need to take your own measurements from your bandsaw. The measurements in the plans are for reference only.
Apologies for the website as it's being reworked. The temporary site in place will work for getting the plans.

Thanks to Mark Chutuk for the awesome music! - Jak na to + styl
Thanks, I just made one for my bandsaw and thought your design was simple and yet accurate for my needs. I see that I could even expand it with a longer insert if needed but I doubt I would need larger. Works great.
That's awesome! Thanks for sharing!
Very nicely demonstrated. Only the blocking of the insert I found less clear. Still a good example to follow. Don't understand why more people haven't watched this video. Thank you.
Thanks! If there's something in particular that you'd like a close up picture of, drop me an email and I'll grab it for you. I use this circle jig frequently!
You forgot to add that you can turn the insert around (with the nail toward the outside edge) to make even bigger circles. - Chris
Great point and spot on! Thanks Chris!
Slick project.
👍👍
Thanks!
Well done! (Video and the jig.)
Thank you!
Welcome back! btw... Has Powermatic addressed and taken care of all your tablesaw issues?
Thanks! It's good to be back!
Great video! What model band saw do you have? Also how large of circle can you cut with your jig?
Thanks! It's the Grizzly G0555 14" bandsaw . The jig will cut far greater than the capacity of the saw especially if you flip the insert around. To ultimately answer your question, on that saw, I can cut about a 27" perfect circle.
Hi KC just wondering how with the constant use will the locking bolt/screw make indentations in the bottom of the sliding piece?
I've not had any issues with that but, it would be easy enough to remake the sliding piece if it got to a point of not useable.
You didn’t show how to use it... you glued some boards down, cut a nail, then cut a circle... wasted 10 minutes
Not completely sure I understand. That's how you use it. Put your glued up boards on the cut nail and cut the circle. I'll be making another one with some improvements soon for the new bandsaw so, will try to better show how it's used.
