Made this the other day and the banana cakes turned out super nice! Kahit may lutang moment ako at 4 x 1/4 cup of oil nagamit ko imbis na 3 lang 😆 so ginawa ko nalang 1/4 cup din heavy cream with 1 tsp white vinegar. I was able to make 2 loaves with this recipe. Left them in the fridge overnight, and it's true di siya natigas. Tamang tamis lang, although I used less sugar kasi 600g ginamit kong overripe bananas + may choco chips. Thanks Chef RV!

Thank you Chef for the recipe. I tried it and the outxome is super sarap. Naincorporate ng husto ang lahat ng lasa ng ingridients. Iba pala pag may cream. Wala pang nuts at chocolate ang gi awa ko super plan lang talaga. Pero happy talaga ako ... ❤

I love baking but it was great info about what kind of oil to use so your bread or cake will not get hard when you put it in the fridge😊 I'm so glad I came across to your channel. I'm a new subscriber😊
