No way it repaired andi. Same happened to my air fryer. It burnt. So it is not repairable. Pl try at Srikrishna enterprises, KPHB, next to Mayuri Medicals. Near metro station stairs. They repair all Indian cookers.

Hi Sirisha garu. Now instant pot brand is not selling 3qt cookers in India now. They stopped. In Amazon only 6 liters available. But I don’t support that size. It is too big. If anyone comes from USA you can get it.
