Great mods. Got the same one-- beautiful bike. Had two accidents in two weeks. Decades without accidents, then two. One hit by a car and knocked over, 2k of damage. Then hit car and almost no damage to bike and 1k of damage to car.
I went translogic quickshift and autoblip, then switched the shift linkage to gp shift. After making the change to gp shift you just never want to go back, especially when paired with quickshifting up and down. As for the 190 rear, I find that I prefer the handling to feel like its on rails with a 180/55 rear instead, but I want to get a different set of wheels so I have a 60 profile slick for easier turn in, while still having a tire for rain just in case. Threw a custom bauce tune on it and the bike comes to life, tbh A mode gives me similar vibes to my 1000 when im really riding it how it wants to be ridden (10-14k constantly entering and exiting corners)

Yes! I removed them, and used caliper paint.
