Majority seems to blame the cop as if we don't know the law. Some fools even bringing up a case that's not related to this despite even in the alleged case the police were on the right. If you believe the police is on the wrong then why do you want to give the bribe? Be like wahu and let the courts decide whether you are wrong or right. We are so clueless about the law yet we open our mouth loudly when they tell you it's wrong and we knew it was wrong even before we were stopped. Since we are willing participants in that trade, i believe we should just shut up for the bribe givers and face the law for the law abiding one who refuse to give bribes. Our stupidity is why even the Matatu Owners Association in Embu had the guts to propose the reducing of fines so that they stop giving out bribes. I liked how they thought they were making sense yet they were only showing how they don,t value human life by putting profits before safety. To those who support the driver, its my wish that one of your relatives whom you relate to very well is one day ran over the same way by a PSV driver when he/she is not on the wrong.
