“Stick to the script guy” 😂
Seems like a humble family spending time on things they are passionate about.
Legends say that he’s still cooking that ribs today...
Nnnio

I would definitely eat here... I love the seasoning. I'm Caribbean we add a pantry of spices to our meat.

Family traditions meal are always the best.

Woosh ter shur sauce. OK America.
Straight to flavortown!
Hi spices names or English subtitles please
Good!
He loves to stick to the script, yet can't pronounce half the ingredients correctly. I loved hearing himmbuycher Worcestershire and Jus
As a Brit myself, the Worcestershire is not a very fair one lol. We leave out half the bloody syllables anyway and most of us just call it 'whister' sauce after the town Worcester, not the country Worcestershire. But the correct way of saying it is 'whister-sher' with importance on the fact that neither the 'cest' nor a single 'R' is actually pronounced.

Guy Fieri thinks Filet Mignon is his least favourite?
*"Gordon Ramsay would like a word..."*
"This BBQ sauce is straight up gangster" is not something I thought I would hear today.
is that supposed to be Jon Gruden with hair?
Bless you guy for saying JUS when it is JUS and not calling it AU JUS like the dumb cooks that they think that they know what the French term Au Jus means. Jus is Jus. When you add the jus to a steak it becomes a steak AU JUS (meaning steak with sauce (jus). Au means AT. So au jus means xx at jus.
1:16 "BBQ beef"
No lol that's pork.
Lewis Black left comedy and started running a restaurant.
Pronounced *WOOS-TER-SHER*
He doesn't age does he lol
Hll
OK, Filet Mignon is not what this is, nor is it what Guy thinks. True Filet Mignon is eye fillet with bacon, but normally the simple eye fillet. This is a sirloin cut as we call it. Definitly not eye fillet. Sorry it should not be bbq, it has low fat, needs very quick hot grill and served medium rare or less. Ya just can't char an eye fillet
Evidently, they very much can.
Doesn't matter.
@@BeardedDanishViking yesss lol
The more I watch this show the more I get suspicious about the people who share their love for the shop's food.....looking all like sell tv network muppets.
You are correct, all actors as it's recorded very early in the morning
A lot of good work and such crappy side dishes ...what a shame...that’s NOT a filet .....
Cringe when people pronounce Worcestershire sauce wrong
More calories in one meal than anyone needs in a day. Just look at the people who eat in these places that Guy Fiere promotes and VERY FEW are not obese. And some of the ones who aren't obese don't look like a picture of health either - their skin looks unhealthy and tells a lot.
You must be fun at parties
Enjoy your salad
Sheesh you have no proof of those statements, you have to really be hateful to lie so blatantly
You should never need to pound a steak, The type of steak you get should dictate the way you cook it.
eewwwww....everything about this is terrible
