It is inflatable and it has dots on it to keep it from slipping and I bought the elevated one and it is very comfortable because it raises your head up more than the regular pillow.

We use custom branded hydration flasks that come with our Skyline 30 Fastpack. We teamed up with Hydrapak to get a perfect fit with our fastpack.

Does that pack bounce a lot with out a hip belt?

I am not Tayson, but it is specifically designed to prevent bouncing. It has 3 straps in place to prevent that.
