Without intercooler it is not safe to run 100hp more. I Wonder what egt you have now. Good luck. You will need a lot of it.
Hi. I have a tuned 535d, 400 hp. (286 hp, stock) Things i have done: Dpf-off, cat-off (downpipe) stage 2 remap, full egr-delete (complete kit from Ebay) bigger intercooler and kn-filter. I have plan to remove mufflers and drive with straight pipes. When my car already is tuned, I can imagine the stock mufflers holds back lot of power. The exhaust system has 80 mm pipes. Can i except 25-30 more hp?
No you cant. The r70 fuel pump on 535d will only give enough fuel for 400hp max. Also the muffler doesnt really restrict gas flow that much if you have deleted dpf. After 400hp you will also soon need new turbos for more power.
@@kaisuhina8024 I have already removed the stock exhaust system (80 mm) and welded a fully straight pipe system in stainless steel (84 mm). I also have changed from R70 to R90 pump and made a short ram intake system. After this, I was surprised, I noticed BIG difference in performance. The engine easily runs up to 5500 rpm.

@@kaisuhina8024 It must be when the stock turbos life runs out. When the time comes, I also change to upgraded fuel pressure sensor, fuel pressure regulator and injectors + new remap. I have read fully modificated 335d and 535d have over 500 HP.
@@oveberg3892 yes 500hp from m57 is possible. Im thinking about upgrading turbos, fuelpump, and intercooler on my 330d also. Running only downpipe and tune now.
this tuning will kill the engine and transmission very soon.
Tf u tlking about? The straight 6 on this car can hold up to around 600hp and the transmission too
