  • The SLAM 10 for 12 Core Challenge from Get Mom Strong is 12 days of 10 minute core workouts. Activate multiple muscle groups with these quick, postpartum friendly workouts.
    DAY 1: Abs and Glutes
    Your Glutes and Core and BFFs. Training them together makes your pelvic floor, hips and low back happy.
    Equipment:
    If you have a mini band loop, grab it. If not, no big deal. You have options with this workout. If you don't have a pilates ball, you can use a kid's ball or squishy pillow.
    Today is all about that deep core with a heavy side of booty burn. Sound ON for coaching!
