Good job mate,,Iâve got myn done in Turkey and on the 5th month 1st week,,there isnât much improvement,,Iâve spoke to my doctor and it suggests that my hair growth cycle proceeds slowly,,I had density on top of my existing hair,,and this is an expected result with some patients,,Iâm a bit worried thinking that it wonât work:( I already had 3 prpâs tablets and minoxidil as my doctor suggest...and waiting for the result while seeing other people getting early results,,

Do you use Minoxidil and Finasteride every day to maintain your hair?
I am a Norwood 2.5 and 33 years old, Minoxidil, plus saw palmetto is doing wonders on my scalp, slow process, but thicker hairs are growing back in just 9 months!

Is it advisable to shave bald after a transplant? Some people say its not a good idea but there is this football player in Man City called David Silva who always cut his hair bald after a hair transplant.
Matt, wonderful results and the transplants filled out beautifully. The videos are of great help for not only those who have recently gotten a transplant but those who are thinking about doing it as well as it helps for us to know what to expect as the days, weeks and months go by. I'm not sure what say the experts say but to a novice like myself, if I never saw your videos and ran into to you and you didn't tell me you had a transplant, I would never have known as it looks very natural and that's what's most important.

Looks great mate. You must feel so much more confident. Only issues you have to think abouts is the two colours of hair and losing you're existing hair. But the way you style it covers it up really well. Good work on the videos they have helped me a lot!

the area pulled from the donor area will be moved to the bald spots and it will grow there not in the donor area....well some of the pulled hair will not survive and will die to be more precise.

Hello, I have recently discovered your channel and I have been impressed with your hair transplant journey. I hope you can please provide me with some help and information by answering some questions I have for you.
1) How much did the surgery cost for 3700 grafts? The reason why I ask is because my hair loss is much more severe than yours was
2) After the surgery is finished how long would I have to wait before I can wear a hat?
3) How long would I have to wait before I can cut the hair on/near the donor area?

Hey man thanks for the comment and the queestion as well, I like to use some pomade, styling paste with shea butter or coconut oil extract. No harsch glued gels or taft titan look. They are too hardcore and I dont like them. Cheers man

hey man, thanks for the comment! I need to see pictures of your friend so I can tell what went wrong. Maybe he just had bad hair transplant. Now I only use hair fibres and hair loss prevention like laser helmet.
i've read ur note about 5 things should we know b4 this surgery .and i guess maybe his grafts get damage and the reason why maybe like u have said about timing between get the grafts off and on maybe it was long so the grafts damage or somthing ....i wanna make it really but 2.7 per for graft is to much unfortunately :( cuz im afraid of less clinic's results ...and thank u mate and keep going

Bro honestly until the 6-7th month I thought that your surgery was a tragic failure. Especially in the 4-6th months. But the 8-11 month improvement is truly amazing! Wonderful wonderful look! In your next vid can you show us how it looks when it is wet and how it looks when it is oily. By oily I mean how it looks without shampooing for 3-4 days?

@BARACKOBAMA I don't think that's a good idea for a lot of guys since hair transplants are not permanent. Some of us are going to look better bald when that time comes and the ink will look funny

Hi Matt I am having an Hair transplant next month at Cosmedicain Turkey can I ask you a few questions mate pls? When your hair was extracted from the donor site how long was it before it was implanted? I have heard that it needs to be done quite quickly or it will die, but have been told the transplant will take upto 7-8hrs so will the donor hair not survive?
Also did you get any special medial insurance to cover you as I am flying home two days later and I am a bit worried if I swell.

Hey Dave, it was like 1-2 hours in my case. No I did not get any special insurance. You will get anti swelling pills provided by the clinic so donÂŽt worry about that. At least you sould get those so if I d be you I would ask them if they provide the pills also.

Hey Matt, A big question. What is going to happen with the existing hair on your scalp? ( the old natural hair that was on your scalp before transplantation) will they fall off in time, and you have to make a new hair transplant?
if your natural hair will fall out later, you have no other choice than second hair transplant. Some people lose their existing hair faster and some slower. In my case there is a higher risk of losing my existing hair because I am still way to young. I dont know how fast it can progress but I do everything I think is effective and has no side effects to stop my existing hair from falling out.
1. You mean you are using minoxidil to prevent hair loss of natural hair?

2.How do you sleep on pillow?
3. How long did your head heal before you could shower?
4. Did you get any infection?
5. Do you have to have a maintaince contact with clinic? like follow up. If something serios happends, then you would have to go back to clinic?

Hey man, I started to shed suddenly after 5-6 weeks and withing 2-3 days 90% of my transplanted hair was gone :D but I did expect it so nothing surprising for me at that time. Just be ready whenever it happens and let it go for couple months. Then it will regrow again

It seems like it is a low cost clinic where technicians will do most of the job and not the surgeon himself. I needed to contact some people who have been there so I can get a better picture. Have you tried to search the clinic on facebook? they should have some reviews there

Hey man, I was only 3 weeks without training. Honestly in 3-4 weeks not so much will happen with your body (if you dont workout). Before that I was hitting the gym regularly for 5-6 years so 1 month break didnÂŽt do much to my body. I just lost strength and little bit on size thatÂŽs it.

Hey Steven, yeah sure I would recommend my clinic! UK clinics are too expensive in my opinion and you will still spot that a patient had a hair transplant in most cases unless you pay like 20 k or something. And if you are having bright thin hair than you can have your hair transplant where you want but the hair transplant will be spoted anyways. I think Turkish surgeons are highly undervalued for their skills by such low price level in comparison to western Europe. And I dont think any UK clinic can deliver 5 times better result than my clinic or some good clinics in Turkey but obviously it can be priced 5 times as high for some reasons. I dont know how is your hair loss right now but if you are like me and will need maybe a 2nd hair transplant in the future doing it in UK would be just too pricy in my opinion.

Excellent what Biotin shampoo do you use there are so many out there. A lot have chemicals in them.

Hey man, in my opinion, if you start seeing the first regrowth between the 3rd and 4th month it is a good sign that the density will be pretty good. Also if your donor area heels fast, no redness, no infection and no overharvested donor zones 1-2 months after hair transplant are good signs that everything went well.

Hey man currently I do not take anything but you can take finasteride or minoxidil or saw palmetto. Those are the drugs that you can take for preventing hair loss that I know!
