It's very difficult to make EU4 gameplay look exciting, but somehow you managed. This mod is very well made.

nice to see that youtube finally recognizes this video as Europa Universalis rather than EUIV
I think that tuning down the unhistorical crossings between GB and Europe will make the player on GB focus more on naval stuff. My view is that, as this map is balanced now, GB has a too easy path to France capital and is able to retreat too easily back on his defensible land.
You could maybe try and get rid of some of the crossings or make them contested at start.
That’s how it was before and the war was really focused on Netherlands, blocking GB from grouping with Austria
Does controlling enemy capital give a bonus? If not it should cause that would have been such a powerful reward for GB’s early move
Maybe instead of a bonus for occupier it could be a debuff for the occupied

No most game OST’s are fair use
adding to what Habibi said, its so letsplays/clips (the number one way to advertise your game in this day and age) wont get copyright striked and removed immediately, they used to be copyrighted until game companies got smart

That's such a huge map, and the borders are rough terrain so it will just be both sides just standing since pushing the other is just death.
Couldn't France have sent 2k on transports to the Holland crossing making it contested allowing the straight to be blockaged and locking the entire British army in mainland Britain.
could of but there would be a high chance they would just get wiped by gb or austria
If you're talking about what I'm thinking you are then no because GB controlled both sides of the crossing
@@harrylion6689 There was no fort on the dutch side so they wouldn't control it for long only a month for France to control it.
is it bad that i recognize exactly what the 2 v 2 match was about (the 1700s Spanish sucsession war)
The one guy you were trying to "interview" and ask questions about the game and just gave non chalant 1 word answers isn't a team player and was kind of disrespectful towards your time/efforts trying to come of as "cool" but really he came off as a huge doucher and someone who you can tell wouldn't go to bat for you so you know not to bother going to bat for them. (I know I'm prob reading into it too much and he's prob a chill guy, was just annoying to hear him give you such a hard time)
Considering the skill level of the players being relatively equal, wouldn't dice roll RNG decide the battles? I mean, if GBR and FRA are fighting in farmlands with both the same army size, discipline and morale and same general pretty much like in this case, wouldn't the victor be decided by RNG jesus? Seems like a bad mechanic for a competitive arena lol. I wouldn't want to micro everything correctly and take good battles and still somehow lose because i got shit rolls.
the roles are practically irrelevant both sides will roll good in some battles and bad in some so it just balances out
There’s 100+ battles in these wars. You’d have to be omega giga improbably more likely to get hit by lightning unlucky to lose purely on battles.
