Honestly for me this has been a non-issue thing.
Though of course I am not playing in true hard mode with all the negative modifiers on.

I have not heard of a new patch. I've not opened the game in about a week but that sounds fun for a quick video

@@purplatypus7405 Big update that even made it so that Swordmasters get half the stats from their second sword now....
So this of course takes from the lower attack sword, halve it and add it to the first. So your main say has 25 and your secondary has 21. Halve 21 and round down for the decimal and that's a +10. So you now are getting 35 total from weapons....
The same update did the same for Valkyrie and their shields. Half of the lower Def Shields' stats are added to the first. This includes not only the Def stat, but the Guard Rate as well. Very nice.
add Hard Mode to your title
This seems kinda pointless on the developers side.🤦🏿♂️ This would just make the player neglect the other supporting characters for the quality of life convenience that should of been in the game to begin with. This is not good game design. 😓
jrpgs on ps1 days played way different then modern day jrpgs. this game was made to be oldschool jrpg without lal tropes of newer jrpgs and qol features. people beg for past then complain over it when its implemented and done lol
@@noneya237 you think maybe people liked older games in spite of their flaws instead of because of them? Maybe people want the good aspects of older games without the bad ones...

Like Chrono Trigger has more QOL in it than this game imo.
I'm saying that after playing and finishing it earlier this year.
Not suree why they put in so many Trash mechanics of older JRPG's,but I guess the Japanese game devs just like to make people suffer.
