In my '05 Grand Cherokee, the whole washer nozzle unit & hose is completely covered by the pannel inside of the hood. Do I have to remove the whole inside of the panel underneath the hood to get at it? Can I cut away parts of it?

Probably just replace. Or use sm. zip tie to secure
