The gba version uses an nes emulator (whether it uses digitized psg sounds or the builtin psg sound depending of the type emulator being use) it just sounds a bit waterish),the snes version is ported(pressumebly with a compilor along with digitized muffled psg sounds,BUT i do own a nested nes emulator for the snes and so running the emulated nes version trough nested on snes just sounds great in stereo along with no.
    Sprite flicker as well😁

The arcade version sounds awesome, the nes version sounds solid, the gba version sounds a bit waterish while the snes version sounds a bit muddy & muffled,BUT they both are other then that good versions as well😁

The GBA sound chip was pretty bad. On any ports it sounded significantly worse than its original counterparts; games like Final Fantasy VI were less than optimal because of the worse sound.
It says a lot that the GBA sound of this port suffers even compared to the NES/Famicom version, which is older hardware. It could be emulation's fault, but knowing the sound chip, I suspect that's what at fault here.

The Vs. game actually featured two player co-op and head-to-head gameplay, where the players could knock the other player to the ground. You're ultimately working together, but you can mess with the other players to get more points. On each screen it looks like the other player is on the other side of the block, which was a pretty neat feature.
I think Nintendo did well in expanding the game a little to better suit a single player in the NES version, however. The other versions are just ports of the Famicom version.
