Holy smokes, that was hard! I had to do all the push-ups on my knees. Heather, my goal in 12 weeks is to be able to do 10 proper push-ups! Thanks for doing this!

Did anyone else have burning shoulders and shaking arms 😫? This workout was a tough one. I had to do all the push-ups and planks on my knees. I still made it to the end somehow. I loved at the very end how we had to lie on our back and just be still and quiet. It really helped me to recover. Thank you, Heather! This program is just what I needed 👌👍.

Phenomenal. Tricep pushups, walking plank and inchworm hop were really hard. Had to take pauses mid-way through the routines and still skipped a few seconds. At 66, I am still chuffed.

Full disclosure: I started doing this workout as scheduled on January 10, got discouraged by my poor fitness and sore wrists, and stopped at superset 6. Outside of walking I haven't done anything else since which is really the opposite of how one should deal with being out of shape. Anyway, I decided to woman up and get back at it. Today I did this workout from start to finish.
**Goals**
- Next time I struggle, just do the best I can but KEEP GOING
- Get back to planks and pushups on toes

Day 6 AWESOME 👏🏾! Where to begin? Heather’s intentionality is on point from the warm up, the strength move combined with a complementary cardio move, and finally the cool down! Loved the cardio move to remove lactic acid buildup, and got my blood flowing to go into the repeated strength move! I can only imagine the time and effort put into preparing the workouts❤️ 🙏🏾 Greatly appreciated 😘 💪🏾💕💜

Another tough one. My triceps are on 🔥. I had to modify the tricep push-ups, inchworms and walking planks but I made it through! I echo other people’s requests for weight suggestions. Thank you Heather ❤️

Heather, would you consider putting on screen somewhere what size dumbbells you use for each move? I always check the caption, but it's hard to tell in the video since all of your dumbbells are the same color. I don't always use the same weight as you but like to use it as a guide.
