- I'm Daphne Quay, your Boss Lady Realtor here in Central Texas. In today's video we're going to explore the Alamo Heights neighborhood in San Antonio, Texas.
Alamo Heights is located east of Highway 281. Alamo Heights is a charming neighborhood with a quaint old town feel but close to everything in San Antonio. Many of the buildings have a historic look but have been renovated for modern convenience. There are many locally-owned mom-and-pop shops in the central part of the neighborhood.
Most of the homes in the area go for between the mid $600k- 800k, but some can be as much as $3.5 Million.

I used to live in Woodridge or Northridge subdvision not too far away from there. Never knew AH was as upscale as i saw in a driving through video last week. Beautiful Houses, well maintained yards and lawns. Really cool for San Antonio ! 1955 through 1959. Moved to Houston and hated living there ! Too big !
as a person living in AH since 2017 i can say it is a lovely community and a lovey place to live. also you can walk or bike almost anywhere in the town
That sounds awesome! I hope things have been good and keep getting better.
Great video ! I live in the “ Monte Vista historical district area which is Alamo Alamo Heights neighbor .. and I have to say your spot on ! Maybe too spot on ! ( take the video down too many Cali’s coming and the secret of Austin /San Antonio is out )! Lol jk . I love both cities but San Antonio born and raised . Been everywhere and this is still Home . Best of luck !
Such great info! Would love to hear your take on Stone Oak area too!
You are right, I love that neighborhood!
Thanks for the support !! 🤗
Great video! Thanks! We are looking to move from out of state and love that we currently can walk everywhere and have stores and shops in a walking distance. However, would love to feel like we are welcomed or belong from a diversity perspective.
Out of curiosity, did you end up moving to Texas, and if so, how have things been going?
@@PunmasterSTP No we moved to Arizona and love it!
@@lferram1647Oh awesome; I'm glad things worked out there!
Is there another neighborhood in the San Antonio area that is very walkable?
Downtown and Tobin Hill are pretty walkable too.
0:24 I didn't expect to see a money shooter in the intro. Y'all are livin' it up! 🍾
Also, were you talking about someone at 6:04?

Based on what I found on google maps, it's around five miles away.
