To see the view after dark, at sunset and sunrise would have been a nice selling point. Also some back story and a little more history to the property would have been interesting to hear. All the local attractions to the area would have also been big selling points as well. Lets do alittle homework and show you really care about your buyers and the city youre showcasing homes in. Just my opinion.
