Keep up the good work Ricky Bobby my first sxs I bought back in 2011 was your rzr4 ricky bobby edition. I broke allot of parts on it pushing it above its limitations. Scary part on that machine was they put the gas tank in the rear tire well. So only matter of time till I threw a rock and punctured a hole in the tank leaking gas is super scary one backfire kaboom. Needless to say i made it home and didnt explode. It prob took me a hour to find the gas tank on my x3 but then i was like dang in the front and protected Way better design. Even though I am done riding the long boats I dont go to the dunes that often for what they are good for mostly trail ride and steep hill climb love the 2 seaters wont ever go back. Super exited to see your 2 seater 64 inch trail king. Fits my style of riding. Keep up the good work Ricky Bobby
Needs to be 4 cylinder, that's what your competition will do then it's game over. Everyone who purchases a UTV builds them into a mini class 10 car. Think about it, tires, gear, power, suspension. Think mini class 10 with the design, hang a truck body on it, and you win Robby!
RG mentioned that you guys had the foresight to build the cases so that a bell housing can bolt directly to the engine block for future uses of other drivetrains. Can you elaborate?
Where did you hear him say that? This would be awesome but I definitely do not see how a bell housing could bolt to this. The output shaft would need to be changed to a flange too. Seriously though. I hope they do make this work as a power plant option for other vehicles like a VW. I would also like to see them start selling the plunging CVs for VW applications too.
Rob why did you go with the firing order You did rather than offsetting it a few degrees like many other parallel twins to make it sound more like a vtwin and deeper sounding
I think its a 1k from what i heard sxs cant be over 1k if its over 1k it is considered a sand rail. But that would be cool if they changed the laws letting sxs go up to 1500cc but i am not a expert on the subject its just what i have heard he say she say. As the limpy biscuit would say.
@@utahvalleysxsx3trailriders320 There were writeups about it a few years back UTV Action i believe! And I thought I saw it on the website a few months back as a build option. Maybe he has abandon that idea IDK. I just figured it would be an upgrade option or aftermarket deal.
It's exactly what I was gonna say that engine block looks indentical to the 1100 turbo arctic cat engine the starter everything is identical. I like Arctic cat so I'm good with it. I have a 2020 XX now & still a great machine for me.
It amazing to see what happens, in a design, when the consumer is meant to be able to service their own machine. Great work.

@@AMetalWorks I believe it was in the video where he was talking about using steel sleeves in the cylinders... not positive though.

Thing of beauty! Can't wait to hear what HP the 1400cc barrels make!

Did you guys buy the Arctic Cat 1100 turbo tooling from Suzuki, or get it as part of a lawsuit?
