Yoga nidra is a form of non sleep deep rest that is perfect for setting the tone for your day. If you wish to feel calm and balanced through out the day then this yoga nidra practice will help you tap into your parasympathetic nervous system in just 10 minutes.
This short yoga nidra practice can used in a holistic way, like guided morning meditation to calm your mind and set a daily intention deep into the subconscious mind.
Follow along with the completely guided meditation and discover a powerful scientific way to reduce stress and release tension. Practicing yoga nidra in the morning can also help you feel more rested, especially after a night of fitful sleep.

Beautiful way to restart my day as a tired teacher awake at 2:00 AM with a mind racing and trying to figure out how to do it all! Thank you! I'd love to see a healing yoga nidra practice for injuries, sickness or just feeling rundown.

Focussing on both arms, hands, and both legs and feet, and the left and right side of the body (especially perfect for the short practice)
And the sankalpa “ I have a calm and balanced day”
Personally I would have liked a little more time to do the sankalpa 🤭

So glad you are loving it! I don't think I can be the one to say if an experience is good or bad but rather ask you if the experience felt okay to you. If you were able to still feel safe that is the most important part of the practice. Because the practice of yoga nidra is very deep, many different things can happen from out-of-body experiences, and astral projections to feeling or seeing different things. What may feel good to one person may feel really bad for another. It is very normal to have experiences in sensation etc, so as long as it felt "good" to you I say that is perfect! Hope this makes sense 💗

Was great minus the ads playing in the middle of the practice, it was disruptive. If it's possible to move them to the start or end of the video, that would be great
That's a major bummer. Unfortunately I have zero control over random (it doesn't happen all the time) ads CZcams places in my content until I hit 1k subscribers. I reached out and asked and the only suggestion they offered was for viewers to pay premium CZcams 🙄 sorry you had that experience.
