I really like the look of this Panhead. If it was my bike, I might repair the seat a bit so it doesn't rip any further, but other than that... a beautiful, authentic Harley! I'm officially jealous now...😉
Thank you, I just slapped that seat on for now. It wasn’t original to the bike, I’ll find the correct one eventually. I actually like seats that are ratty like this because it’s no stress if it gets worse than it is now.
@@CamsMachineit's indeed not the original seat, so, you're right, there's little point in carrying out repairs if you're looking for a saddle that belongs to the motorcycle. I also like old, slightly worn looking seats, but I always try to repair them in that way that they don't tear apart further.

The ball on the steering dampener was the coolest thing on the bike that and the crazy extension on the choke.
