- This is a introduction to brewing extract kits. I break down beermaking and suggest how new brewers can start brewing as quick, cheap and easy as possible.
This video is mostly aimed for beginners.

Very Informative but I want to ask a question that Does the outside temperature also affects the brewing process and the final product??
bcoz where iam from it can get very hot and humid here.
Hello!
Yes, the temperature that you ferment in can determine the flavor of the beer and too high temperature can kill the yeast and ruin/delay the beer. The flavor depends on the yeast, but normally they can produce more flavors in high temperature, such as banana flavors in Weiss beers.
It depends on what yeast you use, some are more sensitive to high temperature than others. There are different versions of Kveik, a Norwegian farmhouse yeast that works well in higher temperatures 25-40°C (77-104°F). One of these yeasts, Voss can produce orange flavors, while others like Lutra are more neutral.
Brewing in a colder room such as a garage or a basement can help!
The humidity should not directly affect the fermentation, but it can increase the risk of mold/infections. So it would be extra important to keep everything as clean as possible!
