Amazing
I wish you guys would make more videos
AMAZIIIING
That was helpful. It could be better if you ruled out the ddx one by one (as you did in the cardiovascular history video) so I can catch up with you.
Excellent video! I would have added a chest x-ray to the list of interventions. Phenomenal!
I agree, chest x-ray is a must!
@@9senel A lot of people would be going into hospital for chest x rays if they were sent in straight away based on chest infection symptoms.
❤ very comprehensive
Thank you for the video Doctors..
More videos please !!!
Wow!
Please we want more
"Maybe just a cigarette or two a day"
"okay"
*chokes on spit*
Would have been great to add a CXR post resp physical exam
Anas is 55?!?!?!
Yea, he has Youth syndrome. It's quite rare so it makes sense you wouldn't know of it. He died last week. Bless his heart.
adding a chest x-ray in investigation would be useful for pain in chest
suii
smart guy
Is there a method to remembering all of this? I have a history taking OSCE for Mental Health Nursing BSc and I'm nervous about recalling large amounts of information.
Fucking hell, that summary, dd, further oe hx, management plan was epic
nice
seems to take very long time,I dont think Id be able to remember all that without taking notes.
great video! loved it.. u missed spelled management tho
Why are we not doing a CXR ?
Now while i am listening to this
Fever *Check*
Breathlessness *Check*
Coughing *Check*
Aight it's Covid bois get me those scrubs and isolate this bad boi.
(p.s management was misspelt as mamagement)
wish this would exist in law school
Felt this history was unorganized
Can Anas pass the potion...
please WE ARE WAITING
Anas!!!!!
Anas is 55!!!! What he looks like he is 20 or 25
its just an example of the scenario, just to give a hint (risk factor) towards pathology common among older people
lmao
why would he do LFT and urea abc
establish baseline levels, they could worsen with time suggesting certain pathologies
I bet it could have something to do with him wearing his sisters pants that are too tight for him.
