My guy Max speaking from a fathers point of view! You could tell he was agitated
iVince905 I think he has three daughters
Israel Kelley shut up troll
@Israel Kelley You could get busted for slander.
Max is right. Totally disgusting.
Agreed. How the heck you get away with harming so many people without anyone doing something about it?
True. But it's about $$$. You take away college and sports. You tank most states economy
Matthew Ellis Money, that’s how.
welcome to merica
I never wish for the Death penalty on any program because that also punished the people who had nothing to do with it
The problem is that the culture of protecting the institution above the individual is the culture that this evil shit thrives in. If you want to prevent this from happening in the future, you must punish the perpetrators at an institutional level, not merely the individual level. Otherwise, this will happen again, and again, and again.
The point is that allow this evil shit to happen cannot be in the best interest of the institution. We need to devise a system of laws that make exposing corruption within the institution and eliminating it promptly in the best interest of the institution. Merely punishing the individuals involved breeds a culture of secrets.
Right but with a situation like this, where hundreds of athletes were violated and mistreated and many knew about the situation, the ENTIRE athletic program should be shut down.
What did Larry nasser do like touch girls pussies pretending he was being a doctor????
Will Cain is right. Nation of laws, if you don't like the verdict. Change the laws. Otherwise why bother having laws.
The problem is you can have laws but if they aren't enforced then all the laws are useless
That's where interpretation comes into play. If the laws have been deemed not broken by the body that's in charge of enforcing them. Then they have not been broken. If you disagree with that, change the people in charge of the laws. I'm not in favor of arbitrarily exacting justice without due process.
It's ridiculous to say shutdown ALL athletics because of the gymnastics program. The other sports programs handled assault situations appropriately. If you want to shut down gymnastics then so be it.
I mean Max clearly states they should change legislation as well soooo....?
Yes he does, and that's fine, however he is for going a step beyond that and punishing the school for laws that either don't apply, don't exist, or aren't enforced by another governing body(the NCAA). I'm against arbitrary 'connecting the dots' logic that would allow that punishment to take place without having due process in place first. Like i said before, we are a nation of laws, not the wild west.
I.agree that monster needs the death penalty
I don't think they meant he needs the death penalty I think there talking about Michigan state......I would never wish death on someone
him and the school need it
Dam we always discuss sports , but it's kinda humbling to come back to real life issues , I hope the justice system does what it has to , to ensure the safety of all students chasing dreams , and to the parents of the victims, we all got your back , and our prayers, bless up
Max went off
Can't Wait To Hear Mike Valentis Take On This
Ohio St. Is Like thank god we're not getting talked about today!!!!
NCAA should just throw out the death penalty like max said. If your not ever going to hand it out. Why have it?
dan nelson they dis once, SMU back in the 80s i think
@@skins1024 yagood thing im not an idiot and i knew that. Were smustudents getting raped. Nope.stfu bud
BS.. There is a reason that he is the only idiot saying that. Cain is right. They can't just make up shit as they go and apply them retroactively.
What do you mean throw it out? Do you mean make sure they can never use it ever again? Why would they put that limitation on themselves when they don't need to. Their bylaws basically say they can do whatever they want whenever they want to so why would they want to f that up? That is a silly suggestion because it's completely illogical. That is basically saying the NCAA should just punish themselves which makes kind of sense because I think that is how people feel but its not happening. The only thing that works against the NCAA is pressure from the Power 5 schools with talks of leaving the NCAA. So if it's a power 5 school it's probably not going to ever get too harsh of a punishment.
What does Izzo and Dantonio have to do with Nassar? Nothing, he was a gymnastics doctor.
The program should not get the death penalty. What if a if kid worked his/her entire life to get to MSU and then the death penalty was given? It would not be fair. That would hurt ALL THE PLAYERS on the TEAMS who had nothing to do with it. But those in charge such as staff should all be fired and replaced YESTERDAY. Fire those in power who had the ability to make a difference but didn't. I don't believe any program deserves a death penalty because you will then be punishing people who may have had dreams to play at the particular program such as "Michigan State" and now will have to transfer. Got news for you...transferring isn't that easy especially for Freshmen who will have to play JUCO for 2 years or sit out. What if they get hurt playing JUCO? Everything goes down hill from there. The NCAA does not make it easy. We all need to acknowledge the terrible crime that took place but don't hurt others by proclaiming death penalty to an entire athletic program.
Well they should've gave Baylor and Penn ST. The death penalty!!!
Penn State players had nothing to do with that. Sandusky's crimes had nothing to do with football itself. And before you claim "cover-up", Sandusky's prosecutor himself said there was no evidence of a cover up from Joe Paterno and the administration. Facts are stubborn things.
Totally Well Said Max👏👏👏👏👏
If you pay 500 million and people are arrested and fired what else should be done.
Suspend the institution (MSU Athletics Dept.) that has enabled rape on a mass scale until systems can be put in place where this won't happen anymore (because its' not just Nasser, it's the administrators and what happened with Dantonio/MSU Football). That doesn't have to be forever, but when you got a decades long track record of enabling rape, besides the money and arrests, hit pause until you can fix what was broken.
@@kevintrudel1127
Bullshit. Their football and basketball programs were not allowing or enabling rape. They followed all the guidelines that are spelled out to do. You can't just make up new rules and say they should have followed that instead. If this is the new standard then I want to see calls of death penalty for every program in the country that are going through the same things as MSU. They are only getting more attention because of Nasser. How about we start by shutting down Ohio State sports because their wrestlers were raped for several years without anyone doing or saying shit.
Or just punish the people who actually did bad stuff? Doesn't make any sense. This is like when a teacher punishes the entire class because 3 kids were misbehaving, it's stupid.
Lol usc got slammed and Michigan state got off with no punishment
Will does have a point - you can't just make up rules/punishments on the spot in order to address individual things. That leads to chaos and arbitrary enforcement. Michigan St. does deserve harsh punishment, but you have to find a way to do it with the laws as currently written. Change those bylaws and in the meantime, Al Capone them! If you have to put a murderer away for life because of tax evasion, then do it if that's the only law you can get them on breaking - same thing here. Dept. of Ed., I'm looking at you!
Also its stupid to think there is going to be anything in any bylaws that is going to force an decision like this NCAA decision to turn out a certain way. Everything is a "GUIDELINE." The bylaws are written by the organization usually through their lawyers. They aren't going to put anything in thetr that is going to limit their power or discretion in any way. It's all going to be "We can enforce that, but we don't have to."
Did "First Take" cover Kendricks getting busted for insider trading??
It is ridiculous to say shutdown all sports when accusations were handled appropriately in the other sports. Max is just trying to make headlines. Literally no one else is saying death penalty but him. Then he is all a sudden weak and quiet on the OSU allegations.
People acting like sexual assault is not against the bylaws it’s clearly against them and the man is in jail where he belongs but acting like the university somehow had a hand in allowing this is asinine
The Nassar thing was wrong and disgusting and I still pray for the victims but that doesn't mean you drag other sports like basketball and football into this for your false headlines
Nasser has little to nothing to do with any program outside of their gymnastics program.
I don't care for this show much but I've always had respect for max. Not that he's not saying anything else we don't know but he seems like a good dude
Shut up Max, no they shouldn't. You can't punish thousands for the act of one.
Max is against safe spaces. I respect him even more now
If MSU was part of the SEC.....would ESPN even be reporting on this?
Im sorry but the death penalty is not what should be done here... So go and punish more innocent kids for what this sick SOB did? Sue for $$$ but dont hurt more kids in the process.
The NCAA proved they aren't getting involved in these kind of scandals when the took back the punishment against Penn State. Remember why they did that? The argument was because you are punishing the players and other people that had nothing to do with it. So those people that pushed that argument is why the NCAA isn't doing what you think it should. Point your finger at those people too. It's the innocent players who are to blame ironically.
just gonna get worse. way too much money wrapped up in college sports.
No death penalty. Just fire everyone. Why should students and athletes get punished. Ban all of the people in charge.
Here are the internet behind a screen warriors who knows whats best 😂
Just watched "Athete A" on Netflix. The NCAA executed SMU for WAAAAAAAY less back in the 80's. If there is any sports program that deserves it, its MSU. Baylor came dangerously close during the Art Briles era. I think the only thing that saved Baylor was the fact that they quickly fell on their own sword and begged for mercy.
SMU got the dearth penalty as they were a constant violator of NCAA rules from about 1974-1987. IT\t is specifically designed for violations of NCAA rules where the NCAA has control and for alleged criminal activities(I say alleged as that what a crime is until proven in a court of law)
Baylor got super close because they weren’t a name brand school. There’s a reason why Penn State and Michigan State didn’t get punished while SMU and Baylor (almost) did. Money.
This has NOTHING to do with the football team. At least the Penn State situation happened within the football department so you could justify the Death Penalty. If you punish the football team because of a perve doctor and what he did with gymnasts, that is the definition of unfair.
They should get 3 years no bowls +
35 million dollar civil suit.
What does the death penalty help? You punish the students and athletes for something they didn’t do? This is a law/criminal matter not a sports matter they didn’t cheat at a football game. The people involved are and should be subject to criminal prosecution/investigation. Yes everyone involved or in charge at the time this was going on should be immediately fired or resign. The NCAA stopping the athletes from competing or forcing to transfer doesn’t solve anything imo.
The death penalty for the gymnastics program maybe. But what does that program have to do with ANY other department of athletics?
Thank god no molly
Burak Ünüvar who is that moderador
We, the black delegation, trade Jason Whitlock and Steven A. Smith for max kellerman
And a player to be named later
No we don't.. Who voted on this trade? We can just drop Whilock. Screw Kellerman.
Bad trade bro. Good joke though.
Will J I know right we don’t ride with Kellerman
At least Max is on the show today
My children will never attend a Big 10 school. 3 have proven to give no Fucks!!!
Max Kellerman’s rap career got the death penalty and thank god for it.
Those 2 can wear that same outfit at my place tomorrow night to watch the Michigan game
What the fuck is going on with First Take? I can’t remember the last time it was just Max Molly and Stephen.
Meanwhile Miami might the death penalty if a kid gets a free meal
He's said this since it happened.
What was the last school to get the death penalty? SMU?
The thing that's really sad is he was questioned released and went on to abuse more victims.
this guy quickly becoming the new skip Bayless. Lost a bunch of respect for him when he tore Tiger down simply for saying people should respect the office of the Presidency.
He is a flaming libtard.
Find the administrators and do a background check on them. I’m pretty sure they are freaks.
You cant punish all the teams because of what happenned to program. What about the gymnist who want to continue there careers.
People completely forgot it is completl possible being as high up as Nassar was he was able to hide things from people and make the school know nothing
Nope, excuses.
Sarah Spain you had your turn, let Will speak.
This is a business. They don't care.
How can a college get the death penalty?? What's that do
Sarah built like a linebacker
This isn’t a channel other than sports news. So stop this
Max Kellermans lisp is so funny 😂 😂😂
So funny when he gets mad. “To keep the Sthudent body thafe!”
No you're just childish
Ivan Hunter do you have a lisp unc?
Did that hit close to home? Lisps are awesome. There’s no shame. I’m talking about when Max Kellerman gets mad, his lisp makes me chuckle.
Why so serious? Life is too short.
I cant hear his lisp, even if he does have one it's not heavy. You pointing it out is a reach. I think you're mad no one is laughing with you "prince". Hes talking about rape and you're laughing because of so called lisp. That shows where your head is at
Ivan Hunter I don’t need anyone to laugh with me dog. It’s funny. It doesn’t make me laugh. I said it makes me chuckle. It’s what’s unique about him. What’s unique about us makes us different. What makes people different is interesting and beautiful to me.
Max Kellerman is my favorite sports analyst period. I don’t know why you’re trying to take it so deep when it’s really not.
@@Yahabibiyarasul I'm not taking it deep, you're just childish like I said. You think it funny no one else does.
Iv never heard of this what happened?
Baylor deserves the death penalty too
Ive talked to some female athletes at MSU and there's some very shady stuff going on there. Athletic coaches would shame the athletes for speaking out against them.
ncaa are total hypocrites
R.I.P. Michigan State
Nucky Mancini naw man were still winning
Death penalty to what sport? Gymnastics? Go for it… they were the only ones involved. You can’t give the death penalty to sports that have nothing to do with any of it lol. Max and these other virtue signaling idiots trying to make a name of others misfortune. All involved got punished. USA gymnastics was more at fault than MsU but we won’t talk about that…
Will Cain ☆G.O.A.T. ANALYST☆
Does Max mean the athletic program or the whole school?
The gymnastics program.
but SMU got the death penalty??????
But they tried to get Louisville.. FOH
Y'all lateeeeeee didn't he already get it
I would no doubt fight max kellerman if i ever see him
You might get cursed by God for striking a Jew.
Take notes Molly.

larry nassar got some damn good action with them tight gymnasts probably worth it
wow this chicks ears are insane
yasss keep these women over molly
Agree with max , denounces safe spaces and thats refreshing to hear. Also agree death penalty shouldve been applied to penn state and Michigan state
OSU wrestlers were fondled for several years by a doctor and they employed a habitual wife beater. Should they get the death penalty? How about all the other schools that have had rape cases from football or basketball players. Are we shutting them all down?
Chill
The way y'all use that phrase "death penalty",is out of order.Call it a life sentence with a chance for parole, death penalty means the school would never be eligible, EVER.
No. It’s one or two year suspension of the program.
This ws just had to bring a black person in to this
