  • This ready to fly RC model of the Mitsubishi A6M Zero is a great flier. Its stabilization system makes it flyable even on very cold and breezy days. Find it here bit.ly/Eachine...
    Pros
    - Ready to fly plane with included transmitter.
    - Constructed of flexible and crash resistant EPP foam.
    - Available in both RTF and BNF versions.
    - True four channel airplane with throttle, elevator, rudder, and aileron control.
    - Plenty of power from its 1020 brushed motor.
    - Three selectable flight modes.
    - Controller also includes
    - One key return
    - A stunt button that allows the airplane to automatically conduct both loops AND aileron rolls.
    - Controller can be used while other controllers are active. Dogfights!
    - Quick disconnect propeller saver automatically disconnects the propeller in a crash to prevent propeller or motor damage. Propeller can be quickly reattached after the crash to continue flying.
    - Very efficient flier. It's 3.7V 400mah battery provides about 15 minutes of flight time.
    - Can be flown with multi-protocol transmitters using V761 protocol. I demonstrate such in the above video.
    Cons
    - Brushed motor airplane. Its motor will eventually fail some day. Strongly recommend allowing 15 minutes motor cool down between flights to improve motor longevity.

    These little plane's are brilliant. I have just as much fun with mine as I do with much larger model.
    Great for the beginners. My son loves it too. His First flight never flown a plane before he took to it like a duck to water. They handle wind so well. Just brilliant. Wish these were about when I started back in the 70's. Thanks 101 great as always 👍

    Yay for the eachine review! Such fun little birds. Everyone needs one to get into the hobby. Provides 80% if not more of the fun you'd get from an rc plane many many hundreds of dollars more expensive than this bird.
    The problem with any hobbyist (or consumer in general) is that they're looking for their next "hit". We are never satisfied with what we have. Need a new lego set. Need a new plane. Bored of that playstation game, need another gadget for the garage. When is enough, enough?
    Thanks for the fab review!!

    Subbed. Great review. First I've seen on the Zero. These little planes can be hovered or flown backwards in winds, something I do enjoy doing but I just don't fly too high in case it gets taken away. Low risk flying = fun. Did the U-turn button actually work? I can never get them to do that (not that it really matters). I'd really like to see a Hurricane. I have the Spitfire, Mustang, Bf109, Warhawk and Corsair (Mustang glides best on low power, 109 flies nicest in of them all in expert although it is scary in that mode - little planes really need some stabilisation). On the stunt button loops have to be perfectly downwards, otherwise it will see a left or right roll first. It always does them perfectly. I have also airbrushed painted these with water based acrylics Vallejo Steel for example, and changed a few colours. Made another P40 into an RAF Kittyhawk. In fact I want to paint the Zero grey (probably disappear against some skies lol). I fly for 7 mins and get that power pack to 3.8v for storage, then just pop in another power pack. These taught me to fly. Such great tech these days, and they all fit on my shelves without taking too much space. Pocket money prices. Honestly such a great development for the hobby. On a low wind day they can fly smoothly and more realistically too. I've worked out they are 1/28 scale and do mach 1.5 lol at full speed. Fun to fly with mates at the same time. Can't say enough good things about them. Vids on my channel. Cheers, Laurie in the UK. p.s. I don't work for them lol.

    Hi there. Great review, thanks. I bought one for my son but I bought the BNF version by mistake which is fine, I do have a spare radio but can you tell me what channels are used to change fight modes and perhaps the acrobatics so I can program my radio for that?

    • @Quadcopter101
      @Quadcopter101  Před rokem

      You need a multi protocol transmitter for this. It's V761 protocol, with AETR for channels 1234. The switch setup is more involved than I can explain here, but this might help czcams.com/video/GcaQkijkHeI/video.html

  • @darriousdagustino6345

    Anyone know if or when Eachine will release the iconic grey version of this Zero?

  • @danoqamyasharahla6544

    Are there batteries that last longer than 15mins that I can get for this plane?

    • @theoztreecrasher2647
      @theoztreecrasher2647 Před rokem +2

      Yep. If you hook up some light wires from 3 cells of your Kenworth truck battery to the plane via a couple of mercury pool donuts and a turnbuckle you can set it to fly around in circles until the motor fails! 😁
      OR, you could just use the battery that the machine was designed for and have some fun without hammering the motor to premature failure! 🙄
