TURTLE TALK WITH CRUSH AT LIVING SEAS | EPCOT | ENTIRE SHOW

Turtle Talk with Crush is this super cool interactive thing you can check out at a bunch of Disney theme parks. It all kicked off on November 16, 2004, at "The Living Seas" pavilion at Epcot (which got a Nemo makeover in 2007 and became "The Seas with Nemo & Friends"). They liked it so much that they brought it over to Disney California Adventure in July 2005. For a short and sweet run, it even popped up in Hong Kong Disneyland from May 24 to August 10, 2008, during their "Nonstop Summer Fun" event. Then, it made its way to Tokyo DisneySea on October 1, 2009.
The masterminds at Walt Disney Imagineering teamed up with Pixar to create this awesome experience where you can have a live chat with Crush, the totally chill turtle from Finding Nemo.
You can catch a similar version of this attraction in the "Animator’s Palate" restaurant on Disney Cruise Line's Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy ships. Plus, in early 2013, Disney Imagineering donated a Turtle Talk with Crush setup to the new CHOC Bill Holmes Hospital. This was a first for Imagineering, putting an attraction outside a Disney park. Volunteer Cast Members run it twice a day to bring some smiles to the kids and their families. Oh, and back in 2007, Turtle Talk was part of the promo for the new "Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage" ride before it officially launched.
Fast forward to 2016, and the attraction got a cool update with new characters from Finding Dory. Now, you might see Destiny, Bailey, Hank, and of course, Dory herself randomly popping up to chat with guests.
Like many things, the original Turtle Talk at EPCOT had to temporarily close on March 12, 2020, because of the COVID-19 pandemic. But the good news is it reopened on August 21, 2021, right in time for Walt Disney World's big 50th Anniversary bash. It’s now part of the World Nature area at EPCOT, so you definitely want to check it out!
