Today we’re going to talk about the relationship between fasting during Ramadan, and it’s immune effects.
Ramadan lasts between 29 and 30 days. During Ramadan, you’re required to not eat or drink anything from just before sunrise to just after sunset. This is a dry fast, which means you’re not drinking any water.
What you eat before and after you fast is going to make or break your success. Having junk food or refined carbohydrates before and after your fast could inhibit some of the effects you could achieve from fasting. However, low-carb, keto-friendly foods may be much more beneficial to have during your meals. Ketones are even anti-microbial.
    Benefits of fasting:
    • Decreased cytokines
    • Increased macrophages
    • Increase the microbiome
    • Increased resistance to stress
    • Decrease in oxidative stress
    • Increased autophagy and xenophagy

Ramadan was 1 time event in history when revelation of the Quran started , and its purpose was to tell people of that time do a process of stead-fasting , meaning absorbing and consuming the message of God, to achieve conscience of God and follow his message, it had nothing to do with abstaining from food or drink .

@Fatima Alzahra following a certain diet has the potential to make you more healthy, which doesn't collide with what the prophet says. in fact, most of the things we eat these days are full of so many harmful substances that setting them aside for a while would prove to be a good choice later on down the line. they could be as simple as regular toast. I don't think Dr. Berg is the type of person who uses his influence in a certain way to attract people to use his products, which in this case is "His" keto diet as you said.

Imagine God telling all people to eat only meat. Then poor people wouldn't be able to be Muslim. So eat all the best things Allah gives you and if you know that keto is best, then eat keto and you will actually be making your God happy by doing what is best for yourself.

@Eraf Mohammodiy The Church has always taught that Jesus is God. The claim that the belief in Jesus’s divinity is an invention is a myth. You can read the letters of the early church fathers if you’d like. Two of the early church fathers, St. Ignatius and St. Polycarp mentioned in their letters that Jesus is God. They were bishops from the first century and it’s very possible that they knew John the Apostle, the one who’s mentioned in the book of Revelation. If Christianity is corrupted, then Jesus is a liar because He said “the gates of hell shall not prevail against my church” (Matthew 16:18-19).

As the full moon rises in the night sky, many people across the world observe it with awe and wonder. For centuries, people have been fascinated by the power and energy of the full moon, and some even believe that fasting during this time can have spiritual and physical benefits.
Fasting during the full moon has been practiced by different cultures for centuries, with some viewing it as a way to cleanse the body and mind. It is said that the gravitational pull of the full moon has a significant impact on the tides of the oceans, and also on the fluids within the human body, including blood and lymphatic fluid. Fasting during the full moon is believed to help the body to eliminate toxins and unwanted substances more effectively.
In some traditions, fasting during the full moon is done for three days, and this is believed to be the ideal duration for the practice. During this time, it is recommended to consume only water and herbal teas, and to avoid solid food. Some people may also choose to meditate or spend time in quiet contemplation during this time, to further enhance the benefits of the fast.
Mountains are often considered to be places of spiritual significance, and fasting during the full moon while in the mountains can be particularly powerful. The natural beauty of the mountain landscape, combined with the energy of the full moon, can create a profound sense of connection to the universe and to one's own inner self.
While fasting during the full moon is not for everyone, those who choose to embark on this practice may find that it offers a sense of renewal and rejuvenation. Whether done in the mountains or elsewhere, fasting during the full moon can be a way to honor the natural cycles of the universe and to deepen one's connection to the world around us.

Sura Al-Maidah ( The Table) 33 says:(The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified, or their hands and their feet be cut off on opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.[1]:5:33 )
Meaning This verse, known as "the hirabah verse" (ayat al-hiraba),[12] is understood by the Islamic jurisprudence, particularly the wording "those who do mischief in the land", as a reference to acts that defy universal codes such as killing civilians, terrorism, poisoning water wells etc. In this regard, crimes that were extremely serious, so much so that the perpetrators were "not to be given quarter or sanctuary anywhere Your info about Banu QURAYZA killing them raping their women and taking them as slaves are NOT true because Muhammad was married to Safiyya bint Huyayy( was titled Umm al-Mu'mineen, meaning "Mother of Believers) her father was from Banu Al Nazeer and her Mom was from Banu Qurayza so how can he harm his wife's tribe

Sura Al- Anfal 67 says( (8:67) It behoves not a Prophet to take captives until he has sufficiently suppressed the enemies in the land. You merely seek the gains of the world whereas Allah desires (for you the good) of the Hereafter. Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.Sura Muhammad 4 says
(Therefore, when you meet those who disbelieve [in battlefield], smite [their] necks [when they fall into captivity] till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly [lest they flee] either for generosity or ransom until the war lays down its burden. Thus [is God’s Command] But if it had been Allah’s Will [to send down lightning, earthquake, and other disasters], He Himself could certainly have punished them. But [He let you fight] in order to test some of you with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allah, He will never let their deeds be lost.)
Meaning : the verse indicates a measured military command to the effect that defeated warriors are not supposed to be taken as captives prior to the enemy’s total defeat since embarking upon the same may jeopardize the position of Muslims engaged in war through their preoccupation with the issue which may hinder them from their main tasks.the instruction concerning those taken captive at war as per which following the war they may either be granted freedom non gratia or they may be ransomed or exchanged with odd numbers
BOTH VERSES TALK about FIGHTING ENEMIES (WAR )and NOT MEETING Big difference

As a Muslim , I will be fasting during this month of Ramadan which starts tomorrow and it’ll be my first time to do it on a ketogenic eating plan so that I can see the full benefits of intermittent fasting combined with a keto diet. Thank you once again for your very informative videos and for continuing to make your content FREE and available for all of us to benefit and learn from. I will be sharing your video with my followers as I want to share how I’ll be doing Keto during Ramadan this year for the additional benefits, I hope I can stay off the carbs for a month 🙊Ramadan Mubarak xxx

Hey Zukreat, have watched your videos for years. Glad you said you will be doing keto during ramadan. I started my husband in a ketogenic diet but wasn't sure with Ramadan coming up. We live in Texas but my husband is from Morocco and he is Muslim. I was a little worried, put him on Keto because he is borderline diabetic, and now I wasn't sure if other Muslims would be sticking to their diets while fasting. I wasn't sure if it was successful. My husband likes to eat a lot of dates while fasting and other things from his country because it keeps you fuller longer. However, in USA, he must go to work every day it's not like in his country. Let me know if you have any suggestions as to what kind of meat is a good idea for Ramadan and Keto. I am at a loss and he has been doing this diet for 4 weeks, normally I try to feed him fish and rice or fish and potatoes during ramadan, and a type of soup right before the sun comes up to give him water and some food. Anything you suggest would help me. Thanks!!

Hadis Mustafi yes it is haram i have been trying my best to stop and have been. Just growing up with wrong crowd and friends and snakes i was around made me not able to break the habit. But this ramadhan its different bcuz im alone. I have cut everyone off friends and bad family members who are friends of shaytan. After ramdhan things in my life will be different will take whatever it takes to make it that way. This time i will not allow shaytan to hurt me anymore. I rather die alone begging sad or watever then to make shaytan my friend. As long as i hold my prayers i have hope to remain a muslim. With prayers and working thats all i need know in this life. Weed n other sins makes one blind from seeing reality. Im happy i have a chance to amend myself. If not then Allah knows me better then i know myself bit i will try REALLY try and im no lier thats for sure. I have smoked excessive cigs and weed. Alhamdulilah thankful never alcohol or anything else. Hence why i held on to weed for this long. But being 33 if i cant do it know given my changes then im not who i claim to be or have any right to feel confidence in myself. But im a warrior and a warrior always learns n better each day and if i sin i have my lord to turn to and make stronger efforts. Thanks my earlier message was to make ppl understsnd if i can do it. Any one can. Bless you :)
