Try our freshly fried warm donuts. It melts in your mouth.
It's a taste you won't find even in a donut shop.
It seems to be a completely different world of bread than baked in the oven.
And there are so many different ways to make donuts.
I think the texture and taste are different depending on the shape.
When it comes to donuts, the ring shape is the most donut-like.
I made a donut filled with chocolate jam, which is delicious to eat plain.
You can put various kinds of chocolate jam, strawberry jam, blueberry jam, etc. according to your taste.
If you know this method, you can make twisted donuts with stuffing too.
Try various flavors and shapes.
** If you make it plain, just keep in mind that it is easier to make with a circular frame.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), teaspoon (tsp) (not measuring spoon)
[diameter 8~9cm, 10 pieces]
✤ Dough
- 300g Bread flour
- 140ml Warm milk
- 5g (0.8Tbsp) Instant dry yeast
- 45g (4.5Tbsp) Sugar
- 52g, 1 Room temperature egg
- 5g (1.5tsp) Salt
- 40g Room temperature unsalted butter
✤ Filling
- Chocolate Jam or Nutella
✤ Coating
- Sugar
✤ TIP
- After frying the first time, for the second frying, turn off the stove for a while and let the oil cool before frying again.
(Donuts need to be fried at a low temperature so that they are fully cooked.)
- You can make it plain without filling it, and spread it with jam and eat it.
