Thanks for dispelling some common erroneous myths about dementia. I hope that there are some major breakthroughs in the fight against dementia. Many older friends have suffered from this malady and it is a real change to their caregivers. Perhaps in coming decades medical breakthroughs will make it easier for people to live longer and more productive lives even when they have some symptoms of dementia.

Thank you. My husband has mixed dementia, though he doesn’t believe he has it. He can view your video and perhaps he will accept it.

Ma'am, that is you're blessing in disguise. He could be angry and anxious. Ignorance is bliss in this situation.
Take care of yourself. I've said many times that this illness kills 2 at the time. I won't be surprised is mamma survives me, her only child. I'm tired, with no hope and little joy. I just pray God's mercy
