I had so much fun putting this appetizer party together. I was inspired by a “balagan table” that in saw on Instagram and couldn’t wait to recreate something similar. The stars of the show at this party were definitely the Briskets done 2 ways. The Brisket mini tacos were my personal favorites. Everything came out beautiful and delicious.

Buffet. Less stress for me picking something that fits my diet. And I eat before some I’m not chowing down because I’m starved.

Buffet style with table seating. Everyone eats at the table together, but can get up to serve themselves from the buffet. I LOVE eating appetizers as a meal! Yummy!

Yes, I always do buffet, especially if more than 6 people are attending!! I use my kitchen island for all of the food, leaving the table clear for eating. I have an open concept kitchen, Dining, Living room. Your foods are amazing! So deelicious! You are an amazing woman, Sonya. I want to be just like you, but I'm 67 years old! You inspire me so much! The table looks so pretty! Everything looks so yummy! 😊 We usually do appetizers all day on holidays with a dinner in the evening. It's a lot of fun. I like both buffets and sit downs. I think it'd depend on the number of folks and the space.

I just discovered your channel a few days ago and I must say you are an amazing woman! This spread looks fantastic and I love your idea of the appetizer party and I love the mini tacos. I like the idea of the buffet simply because it’s easier to serve yourself and not have to reach over people.
Personally I’d prefer the buffet style, that way guests can take a walk around, picking at their favourite foods & avoiding the the people we know are boring! You’re amazing!

Everything looks wonderful. You are absolutely amazing in the kitchen and so calm. To answer your question, when I go to a dinner party I prefer a buffet. You pick the foods you enjoy and you're free to move around and speak to the other guests. Great videos!
